Background Acute Kidney Injury(AKI)is a common complication in Intensive Care Unit(ICU).The incidence of AKI in the ICU is 30% to 60%,and it is related to poor prognosis and all-cause mortality.During AKI,renal blood flow will decrease by 30% to 50%,and the renal autonomic regulation will abnormal during renal ischemia, renal blood flow is decrease dependent during AKI and adequate renal perfusion pressure is considered to be a potential factor to reverse AKI.The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between blood pressure and central venous pressure in mortality during AKI.Methods The patients with AKI admitted to the Cardiac Care Unit and the Intesive Care Unite of Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2014.10 to October 2018.10 were collected from the medical record system. The Arterial Blood Pressure(ABP)and Central Venous Pressure(CVP)of AKI patients were collected from the medical record system, and the Blood Pressure(BP)and CVP during AKI were calculated respectively.A total of 293 patients with AKI were collected, excluding 7 cases without central venous catheterization,9 cases without radial artery catheterization,2 cases with pregnancy and 10 cases with end-stage renal disease. The endpoint of the clinical study was death. Results A total of 265 patients with AKI were included in the study, including 90 patients with AKI 1,70 patients with AKI 2 and 105 patients with AKI 3.At last,137 cases survived,128 cases died, the all-cause mortality rate was 48.3%.The integral values of Systolic Blood Pressure(SBP),Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP)and Mean Arterial Pressure(MAP)in the survival group were higher than those in the death group, but the CVP integral values in the survival group were lower than those in the death group. With the increase of BP score, the mortality of patients with AKI decreased gradually, however, with the increase of CVP score, the mortality increased. Conclusion In this study, the mortality of AKI patients decreased with the increase of SBP,DBP and MAP scores, and the mortality of AKI patients increased with the increase of CVP scores.
