OBJECTIVE:Immediate dentin sealing?IDS?technology is an effective way to reduce the dentin sensitivity of abutment teeth.Traditional all-acid resin-filled adhesive such as OptiBondFL?OBFL?is used as occluder,but the operation of all-acid bond is complicated and the technology is sensitive.Compared with the traditional total acid dentin adhesive,the new type of Universal adhesive Single Bond Universal?SBU?3M is easy to operate clinically and has low technical sensitivity.Sandblasting technology is mainly used to remove the dirt on the tooth surface and rough the tooth surface.Indirect repair teeth,this topic through simulation mouths after tooth preparation,group use universal dope or traditional pickling all filling resin dentin bonding agent as immediate dentine sealants,observe the dope in dentin tubule resin tu and dentin layer on the situation,detection of universal adhesive as the effectiveness of the dentine protective film,and the resin cement and dentin bonding strength between changes.In addition,the effects of AL2O3 sandblasting treatment or non-sandblasting treatment on bonding strength were observed in groups.It provides reference for clinical application of new materials and new technology.METHODS:Fresh sputum-free and premolars were collected from the clinic and divided into 8 groups.They are:OBFL group,OBFL sandblasting,SBU one layer,SBU one layer sandblasting,SBU two layers,SBU two layers sandblasting,SBU three layers,SBU three layers sandblasting.The condition of the binder in the dentin layer and the length of the resin protrusion in the dentinal tubule were observed under a scanning electron microscope.In strict accordance with the clinical operation steps of IDS technology,the dentin sheets were bonded with other emax lithium disilicate ceramic columns to prepare shear specimens.The shear strength of each group was compared by shear test,and the section type was observed.The results were analyzed by ANOVA and LSD-t test using SPSS 20.0statistical software.RESULTS:The resin protrusion was observed in the dentin tubules of the 8 groups of specimens under scanning electron microscope.IDS technology in the clinical operation of 8 groups of dentin bonding strength comparison,SBU layer not sandblasting group,SBU three not sandblasting respectively with OBFL and OBFL+sandblasting group is statistically significant,the two remaining two more were no significant statistical difference?P>0.05?,but the same cases,sandblasting group of dentin bonding strength is greater than the sandblasting group.Mixed failure is the most important failure mode in each group.CONCLUSION:In the clinical application of IDS technology,general-purpose adhesive?SBU?is used as dentin adhesive.The dentin sealing effect and bonding strength are equivalent to those of traditional adhesive?OBFL?.Enhance the bond strength of the adhesive.
