Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Clinical Pharmaceutical Care In Jilin 3A-grade Hospitals

Purpose: This topic starts with the concept,actual needs and development status of clinical pharmacy services,and combines theoretical research with data investigation.It is based on the status quo of clinical pharmacy service development in the representative tertiary hospitals in Jilin Province.Finding gaps in the development of national documents,medical reforms,and outstanding clinical pharmacy services at home and abroad,discovered the inadequacies in the development of clinical pharmacy services in medical institutions in Jilin Province,and discussed ways to optimize and improve the development of clinical pharmacy services in Jilin Province;with a view to under the guidance of the“Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline," The researcher try to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the realization of patient safety,efficiency,economy,proper medication,improved cure rate,and promotion of public health.Method: The existing 3A-grade hospitals in Jilin Province were classified and sampled according to comprehensive and specialist categories.Eight hospitals were selected from the survey,and self-administered questionnaires were used to investigate the clinical pharmacists and patients in selected hospitals.The questionnaires and survey data were collected and statistically valid.The doctors and hospital administrators were surveyed in interviews.The survey data were entered into Excel and Epi Data 3.0 for sorting.After the data was audited without errors,the statistical software SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result and discussion: The development of clinical pharmacy services in the 3A-grade hospital of Jilin Province meets the requirements of national documents,but the level of development is uneven.The clinical pharmacy services in some hospitals are in the initial stage of development.There are varying degrees of problems in the development of clinical pharmacy services in hospitals.There are also many challenges.It can be seen from the relevant statistical data that clinical pharmacists generally agree with the overall goals,contents,and roles of pharmacy services,but the percentage of clinical pharmacists who lack expertise in the evaluation of their own professional skills is also relatively large,reaching 65%.Clinical pharmacy personnel hope that they can have more training and learning opportunities to continuously improve their professional skills and clinical capabilities;the small number of clinical pharmacists also limits the provision of clinical pharmacy services;patients do not quite understand the content of clinical pharmacy services,even close to 20% of the patients surveyed do not know the existence of a clinical pharmacist,but most of the respondents fully affirmed the importance of providing clinical pharmacy services;most physicians expressed support for the development of clinical pharmacy services.It has great demand for pharmacists to provide complicated pharmaceutical information,but the adoption rate of clinical pharmacists’ clinical drug recommendations is not high.In the process of hospital work,the deep clinical cooperation in the treatment between clinical pharmacists and physician is poor;hospital managers generally have a certain understanding of clinical pharmacy services,but the attention degree needs to be improved,many hospitals are set to start clinical pharmacists after canceling of drug addition.The author of this article hopes to analyze the data on the status quo of clinical pharmacy services in the 3A-grade hospitals in Jilin Province.Based on its existing problems and deficiencies,the author proposes six countermeasures and suggestions: Improve the education structure and improve pharmacist’s professionalism;enriching drug counseling,improving pharmacist communication skills;strengthening supervision and management,ensuring the quality of clinical pharmacy services;improving laws and regulations and providing institutional guarantees;strengthening hospital pharmacy software and hardware construction;intensifying propaganda and raising public awareness.
