Objective: To investigate the effects of liraglutide on insulin resistance,body weight,blood lipids and sex hormone levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 112 obese patients with T2 DM who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Endocrinology,Fuyang People's Hospital from March 2017 to January 2019,including 67 males and 45 females,were randomly divided into routine groups(metformin sustained-release tablets combined with metformin).56 cases of insulin glargine and intervention group(combined group of patients treated with liraglutide),routine group: 32 males and 24 females,age: 50-79 years old,average(63.1±8.4)years old,diabetes The course of disease(7.1±1.6)years;intervention group:35 males and 21 females,age: 50-79 years old,mean(62.9±7.6)years old,duration of diabetes(7.0±1.8)years.Fasting blood-glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial(2h PG),Glycatedhemoglobin(Hb A1c),and insulin resistance index(Homeostasis model assessement isulin resistance,HOMA-IR)were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment),body weight,body mass index(BMI),Triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(Total cholesterol,TC),Low Density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),High Density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Estradiol(E2),Testosterone(T)and Sexhormone bindingglobulin(SHBG)levels were compared statistically to compare the incidence of adverse drug reactions during treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FPG,2hPG,and Hb A1 c levels between the conventional group and the intervention group(P>0.05).In the 3 months of treatment,the FPG,2h PG,and Hb A1 c levels were significantly lower in the conventional group and the intervention group before treatment.<0.05);Compared with the conventional group,the levels of FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c in the intervention group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in body weight and BMI between the conventional group and the intervention group(P>0.05).Before treatment,the body weight and BMI level of the conventional group and the intervention group were significantly lower(P<0.05).In the conventional group,the degree of decline was more significant in the intervention group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TG,TC,LDL-C,and HDL-C levels between the conventional group and the intervention group(P>0.05).After treatment,the TG,TC,and LDL in the conventional group and the intervention group were compared before treatment.The level of TG,TC,and LDL was significantly decreased,and the level of HDL-C was significantly increased.However,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in the intervention group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in T and SHBG levels between males and females in the conventional group and the intervention group(P>0.05).In March,the levels of E2,T and SHBG in the conventional group were not significantly different from those before treatment(P> 0.05),the T and SHBG levels in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the pre-treatment and conventional groups(P<0.05).The T-level of the intervention group was not significantly different from that before treatment(P>0.05),while the intervention group There was no significant difference in E2 levels between male and female patients before treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,diarrhea,dizziness,rash,hypoglycemia,abnormal liver function,and renal dysfunction in the conventional and intervention groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Liraglutide can effectively reduce the insulin resistance and control the patient's blood glucose level,help reduce the body weight,control the body mass index,reduce the blood lipid level,significantly improve the SHBG level of obese T2 DM patients,and improve the male obese T2 DM patients.T level,and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
