| Through this,remote medical diagnosis system can realize long-distance disease diagnosis and comprehensive treatment,and realize a kind of brand-new diagnosis-treatment-health care new medical management model,this model can greatly solve the traditional space and distance limit operation,can make the developed areas of excellence and high quality of medical service institutions for the less developed regions,especially in remote areas to provide comprehensive diagnosis of major diseases and health care,can also be good for long-distance medical staff in operation and treatment of diagnosis of guidance and counseling.The adoption of telemedicine diagnosis platform can greatly save the time and energy between doctors and patients in high-quality institutions,give full play to the benign effect brought by the radiation of high-quality medical resources,and continuously improve the timeliness and pertinence of medical assistance.Based on the current situation and the future development of patients’ telemedicine diagnosis,this paper introduces the basic theory,performance requirements and data requirements of patients’ telemedicine diagnosis management system.The whole information management system adopts an object-oriented design idea,adopts the current mainstream B/S architecture,and adopts JavaEE,which is suitable for enterprise-level development platform and supporting MVC design pattern framework.The entire information system development situation and the feasibility of the system by a detailed analysis and design,targeted business critical modules of the system were analyzed,giving different permissions to different user,create a basic model of the information,the main function modules including medical imaging business logic of information acquisition module,the video interactive business logic of business logic management module,remote diagnosis of management module,the remote monitor and control the business logic of business logic management module and remote medical records of file management module,For the late patients telemedicine diagnosis in the whole standardized operation information system can lay a good foundation.At the same time,each of the modules in the system,components,information storage,and system function structure and so on,by the system as a whole,the system function design appropriate organizational structure,and then described in detail the system main function part,based on design structure refining it functions in the system,the system functions the system is divided into different modules,and the interface between the modules and relationship in detail.This topic in the design of the system can realize the standardized management and control of medical institutions,auxiliary decision-making management function,so as to realize the reduction of work intensity,the height of the realization of information sharing,and the execution is simpler,can save a lot of resources and reduce the cost,can largely improve the pace of promoting informatization. |
