Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)is a common epidemic that occurs in infants under the age of 5.In recent years,the prevention and control of hand,foot and mouth disease has received more and more attention from relevant government departments.In traditional disease surveillance systems,official data are generally released two weeks after the onset of the disease,which poses a certain challenge to the practice of disease surveillance.With the development of Internet technology,our lives are closely related to the Internet.Internet data,represented by search engine data,plays an important role in various fields.Internet data has the characteristics of timeliness and low cost,and has an advantage in disease surveillanceThis article uses crawler technology to obtain Baidu index of specific keywords in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2015,and uses Day as the collection unit.After the Baidu index of these keywords is unified,it forms a comprehensive index to depict Internet data.Visualizing and analyzing the spatial and temporal distribution of HFMD in Jiangsu Province by means of spatiotemporal cube technology is helpful to explore the prevalence trend of HFMD in Jiangsu Province.Combined with clustering technology,Jiangsu Province is divided into two regions,the high incidence and the low incidence.The results of the two regions were analyzed and compared to explore the association between the Internet data and the incidence of HFMD in different regions.The nonparametric method is used to de-noising the data and to reducing the influence of the data noise.Finally,the nonlinear modeling of distributed delay is carried out,and the nonlinear relationship between Internet data and HFMD data,as well as the delayed association,are consideredThis study aims to explore the epidemiological pattern of hand,foot and mouth disease in Jiangsu Province.The association between Internet data and the data of hand,foot and mouth disease has been explored.Internet data is used as an early warning signal of the epidemic trend of hand,foot and mouth disease,which is conducive to the establishment of an epidemic real-time surveillance system based on Internet data.Finally,this research can improve the ability of relevant government agencies to control and make decisions on public health.
