Research On Comprehensive Budget Management Of Corps E Hospital Under New Situation

In recent years,China’s laws and regulations have been constantly improved,and the competition in the medical industry has become increasingly fierce.As the main body of medical and health services in China,public hospitals at all levels,in order to meet the development needs of The Times,how to provide high-quality,low-consumption and efficient medical services is bound to become the focus of the future planning of major public hospitals.With the continuous progress of national medical and health system reform,the environment facing the whole medical and health service industry has undergone profound changes.Public hospitals must fundamentally improve their financial management level to achieve long-term development.From the birth of management science in the west to the continuous change and development of Chinese local management science,the methods of enterprise management are becoming more and more perfect.Although public hospitals are significantly different from enterprises in many aspects,many advanced management concepts in modern enterprise management are worth learning from public hospitals at all levels,such as comprehensive budget management.This paper aims to comprehensive budget management in the implementation of the public hospital application,study its role in hospital management practice,how to implement correct and efficient management,to assist the hospital to improve hospital management level and decision level,geared to the needs of society to provide comprehensive,full,professional,humanized medical services,to provide better working environment for hospital staff,more active maintenance of personal development to promote the hospital development.This paper adopts the methods of literature collection,analysis and comparison.Combining normative analysis and empirical analysis,based on the actual situation of corps E hospital,this paper takes corps E hospital as the research object,explores the existing problems in the implementation of the comprehensive budget management system of corps E hospital,and puts forward appropriate countermeasures to these problems by applying the comprehensive budget management theory of the hospital.Make corps E hospital through a comprehensive budget management,global economic activity can be used to predict in advance,the matter can be controlled,afterwards have feedback,multilayer control implementation,in order to discover the conditions in the process of operation,for problems can be resolved in a timely manner,precisely divide the responsibility of each functional departments,coordinate the relationship between various departments,strengthen communication and cooperation,improve the hospital management decision accuracy,enhance the comprehensive strength of the hospital.
