Traditional therapies such as plaster and splint still play an important role in surgical rehabilitation.With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of medical standards,clinical testing and treatment are also developing in a personalized direction.By personalizing the external fixation bracket of the human body,the patient can solve a series of shortcomings of the existing fixation methods,such as bulkiness,unsightlyness,poor air permeability and difficulty in disassembly.Personalized external fixator has an irreplaceable advantage over the traditional fixation methods.At the same time,it has excellent development prospects.In order to make the personalized design of external fixator applied to clinical practice,reduce scanning time and make it more convenient for doctors and nurses to use it.We have proposed a fast three-dimensional scanner system for limbs based on the current research status of human external fixator at home and abroad.First,a scanning scheme is proposed based on the analysis of system requirements,the point cloud on limb surface is obtained through binocular vision measurement.The camera lens is calibrated,the distortion is corrected and the outlier point cloud is denoised so as to improve the quality of point cloud.Then we design the point cloud mosaic system of the multi-camera.The best shooting distance and the best shooting angle of the system are verified by experiments,design the scanning device result diagram.And the multi-camera shooting system is calibrated.Finally,a uniform algorithm of point cloud normal vector based on 3D human body is designed.The normal direction of point cloud is established,that is,the normal direction of the point is determined by the adjacent points of any point and the normal orientation of all points within a certain range is consistent.It lays a foundation for the following Poisson surface reconstruction algorithm of point cloud.The STL file can be obtained by generating the topology of triangular network to realize 3D printing.
