| In recent years, the "Internet+" model has penetrated into all walks of life, bringing a new look to people’s life.In the field of health care, the emergence of online health care websites have provided much convenience for people to seek medical treatment, which to some extent bridges the huge gap between the unevenly distributed medical resources and the growing demand for medical health in China. However,as a new product of the Internet era, online health care websites still face many problems in its development, including privacy security, unreliable information sources, mixed content and advertisements, and low user stickiness. Therefore, for the sustainable development of health care websites.,it is of great significance to evaluate the quality of health care websites and investigate factors which influence users’ willingness to continue to use them. This study evaluates the quality of health care websites from three dimensions:system quality, information quality, and service quality. And on the basis of Expectation Confirmation Model(ECM),this study assumes that the quality of the website has a significant impact on perceived usefulness, expected recognition and satisfaction, thereby further affecting the user’s willingness to continue to use them.Data are collected by questionnaire and SPSS 24.0 and Smart PLS3.0 are adopted to perform structural model path analysis and hypothesis testing. In addition, this study also uses the KANO model, from the quality attributes of the website and the degree of user satisfaction,to further analyze the user’s demand difference for quality attributes under various dimensions of the health websites. The final research results show that the information quality and service quality of the health care website significantly affect the user’s perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation, thus affecting the users’satisfaction and willingness to use them.while the impact of system quality on perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation is not significant. However, perceived usefulness, expected recognition, and satisfaction play a full intermediary role between system quality and the user’s willingness to continue to use them.In addition, the results of user demand analysis also show that the quality attributes of the information quality and service quality dimension are more important for users, and the information credibility and service reliability should first satisfy the users. The conclusion of the study not only deepens the research on the quality evaluation of medical website and the user’s willingness to use them, but also brings some enlightenment and suggestions to the effective construction of the online health care websites, improves the user’s stickiness, and thus increases the operation performance of the websites. |
