After the promulgation of the labor contract law,labor dispatch appears in the labor market of China in a new way.The dispatched employees,in their special status,do not enjoy fair treatment in the workplace,and do not enjoy fair democratic decision-making,training and development opportunities.Due to the unequal treatment of different employment modes by units,the stability of the dispatched employees will be reduced and the organization will lack the sense of belonging.In order to adapt to the medical needs,SJ hospital use a large number of labor dispatch employees.Although using labor dispatch can greatly reduce the cost of enterprises and improve their performance,it also brings many problems.Based on the summary of SJ,on the basis of the characteristics of the hospital labor employment,by designing questionnaire,selecting Hangzhou SJ hospital personnel as the research object,from the situation,rest and vacation,labor contract signed,pay and benefits,labor disputes,labor dispatching work training situation thorough investigation and analysis,and then summarized the SJ hospital and standardize the lack of related management system,the high proportion of labor dispatching work,labor dispatching workers lack the sense of belonging,departure is serious,lack the effective appraisal system,such problems as lack of career planning of labor dispatching work.Because of the particularity of the labor dispatch staff,the labor dispatch staff have close contact with the employer and the dispatch company,so it is necessary to put forward suggestions from the two aspects of the employing unit,namely,SJ Hospital,and the labor dispatch company at the same time.Then perfect SJ hospital labor dispatch staff management mode.Through the analysis and improvement of the management mode of labor dispatch staff in SJ Hospital,this paper puts forward the implementation strategy from the management system level,the salary and treatment level,the staff spirit demand level,the promotion development channel level,and so on.This paper discusses the motivation of improving labor dispatch staff in SJ hospital.
