Cognitive dysfunction is one of the core symptoms of schizophrenia, and executive function dysfunction is the most important cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia, which has an important impact on patients’ social function and prognosis. To explore the influencing factors of executive function of schizophrenic patients is of great significance to the early diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenic patients and to improve the quality of life of schizophrenic patients.Various influencing factors related to executive function have been reported in the three fields of sociodemographic information, affective symptoms, and psychotic symptoms.Among them, the influence of schizophrenia negative symptom factor on executive dysfunction is a current research hotspot, but the results are often inconsistent, and further research is needed. In schizophrenia, the first untreated schizophrenic patients have the advantage of clear diagnosis, and at the same time can avoid the interference of drugs and repeated attacks on executive function, and can better explore the pathological features of executive dysfunction of schizophrenia, but at present In fact, there are still too few studies on the influencing factors of executive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. In summary, this study will explore the influencing factors of executive dysfunction in patients with first-on-patient schizophrenia, and explore the effects of negative symptom factors on executive dysfunction. In the first part,we will explore the influencing factors of executive function of the first untreated schizophrenic patients in the three parts of sociodemographic information, emotional symptoms, and psychotic symptoms. In the second part, path analysis and modeling of negative symptom factors will be conducted to explore the direct and indirect effects of each factor on executive function, and determine the main influencing factors.Based on the above, this article has carried out the following work: First, under the guidance of reading literature and clinicians, exploring the influencing factors of executive function of first-episode schizophrenia, and introducing the methods of inquiry, designing scales, collecting patients, collecting data, and establishing databases To clean the data.Second, explore the influencing factors of executive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Explore the patient’s sociodemographic information, affective disorders, and clinical symptoms of schizophrenia, use Spearman correlation analysis,t test, and analysis of variance to extract relevant factors related to the patient’s executive function, and then use stepwise regression analysis and linear regression analysis to Obtain the influencing factors and influencing relationship,on this basis, summarize the influencing factors of executive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Third,a path analysis model based on structural equations was used to explore the relationship between executive function and negative symptom factors in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Construct a path analysis model based on structural equations, explore the direct and indirect effects between executive function of first-episode schizophrenia and negative symptom factors, and determine the main influencing factors. Results: In the first part,it was found that among the first untreated schizophrenic patients,anxiety(P=0.004),education level(P=0.002),negative symptoms(P=0.007),age of onset(P=0.004)Of executive function has a significant impact, while age, gender, depression, marital status, positive symptoms, general psychopathological symptoms have no significant effect on executive function. In the second part,it is found that in the negative symptom factors, emotional withdrawal, stereotyped thinking, passive or indifferent, and abstract thinking all have significant effects on executive function,of which abstract thinking and emotional withdrawal are the main influencing factors. It was also found that the course of the disease did not interfere with the results of psychiatric symptoms and executive function effects by affecting negative symptoms.
