Objective:1.Read the literature, analyze the current situation of compassion fatigue in the high-quality nursing service mode, and use meta analysis to further clarify the risk factors of compassion fatigue of nurses.2.On the basis of identifying the risk factors and combining with the clinical situation, the risk assessment model of nurses' compassion fatigue is established preliminarily, which provides theoretical basis for early identification of nurses' compassion fatigue and prevention of the occurrence of compassion fatigue.Method:1.Literature retrieval is carried out independently by two researchers through computer.Chinese database: CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),VIP(cq VIP),CBM(China Biology Medicine disc,CBM disc);English database: PubMed,web of science,Ovid,EMBASE,Science Direct. The literatures about the influencing factors of nurses' compassion fatigue published in these databases were retrieved. The inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were compared, combined with the AHRQ Quality Assessment Checklist, the literatures were screened, the data were extracted, and the data were analyzed quantitatively by meta-analysis stata software. The combined effect size of classified data was expressed by odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(95%CI).2.The influencing factors of meta-analysis and professional quality of life(Pro QOL)were made into a questionnaire. The purpose sampling method was used to investigate the present situation of nurses in Shanxi Province and Henan Province.Taking the occurrenceof compassion fatigue as dependent variable and the influencing factors as independent variable, the Logistic regression equation was constructed.3.Plot the ROC curve, and evaluate its prediction ability by the area under ROC curve,so as to obtain the prediction ability of risk assessment model composed of risk factors, and get the best critical value.Result:1.After screening,4 literatures were obtained, all of which were cross-sectional studies, including 3 Chinese literatures and 1 English literature.6 factors related to nurses' compassion fatigue were obtained, which were "education background(undergraduate or above)"(or = 2.44,95%CI: 1.63-3.55),"severe Department(emergency, operating room and ICU)"(or = 1.90,95%CI: 1.29-2.79)," working hours per week(>50h)"(or = 3.11,95% CI: 1.40-6.91),number of monthly night shifts(< 4)(or = 1.08,95%CI: 0.26-4.40),"working years(<5years)"(or = 0.31,95%CI: 0.10-0.97)and "have the willing to re-select work"(or = 0.14,95%CI: 0.03-0.63),among which, education,Department, weekly working hours, working years and re-select work willingness are statistically significant.2.A total of 1123 valid questionnaires were collected through the current investigation. After single factor analysis and multi factor analysis, the educational background has no statistical significance, the regression equation was obtained: Logit(P)=-0.305 + 0.668 ×severe Department(emergency, operating room and ICU)+ 0.863 × working hours per week(>50h)+ 0.972 × working years(>5 years)+ 1.690 × re-election working willingness(no).Conclusion:1."Working years(< 5 years)" and "willingness to re select work" are the protective factors of nurses' compassion fatigue."High education(undergraduate or above)","severe departments(emergency, operating room and ICU)","working hours per week(> 50h)" are the risk factors of nurses' compassion fatigue.2.The risk assessment model of nurses' compassion fatigue preliminarily constructed in this study has certain prediction ability, which can help clinical nurses to identify compassion fatigue effectively as early as possible, and provide better quality nursing services for patients.
