| Objective: to develop a simple assessment scale for depression, anxiety and suicide risk in non-psychiatric inpatients and apply it to depression and anxiety screening. Methods: Through literature research and expert guidance, entries were compiled to form an initial scale.300 inpatients from the first hospital of shanxi medical university were selected as preliminary test samples for project analysis, and 400 formal test samples were selected for reliability and validity analysis. Finally, through computer technology, the scale was incorporated into the hospital information management system, and the data processing speed was compared with the traditional methods to verify whether computerization can effectively improve work efficiency.Through literature research and expert guidance, entries were compiled to form an initial scale.300 inpatients from the first hospital of shanxi medical university were selected as preliminary test samples for project analysis, and 400 formal test samples were selected for reliability and validity analysis. Finally, through computer technology, the scale was incorporated into the hospital information management system, and the data processing speed was compared with the traditional methods to verify whether computerization can effectively improve work efficiency. Results:This scale factor analysis to extract the two dimension 9 items, nine items of factor loading was 0.622 ~ 0.875,can explain the variance and the variation of 66.062%,two dimension criterion validity is 0.63,0.65,the reliability analysis results show that the total table of Cronbach ’s alpha coefficient is 0.902,each dimension Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient is 0.815 ~ 0.873,Spearman correlation analysis shows that:The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score was 0.615 ~ 0.819(P < 0.01),the correlation coefficient between each item was 0.307 ~ 0.689(P < 0.01),and the half-score coefficient was 0.878.Computerization could save health care workers about 18 minutes on the scale of 30 data sets. Conclusion: This scale has high reliability and validity, and can be used to screen non-psychiatric inpatients for depression, anxiety and suicide risk.Computerization canreduce the time spent in medical staff evaluation. |
