Meta Analysis Of The Efficacy And Safety Of The Combination Of Eramod And Methotrexate In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:Systematic analysis of the efficacy and safety of the combination therapy with the methotrexate in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Computer searches Wanfang database,CNKI database,CBM database,EMBASE database,PubMed database,the Cochrane library database and other databases,collects RCT related to the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with methotrexate combined with alamod,and searches the relevant literature of each database until June 2019.After independent literature screening,data extraction and evaluation of the bias risk in the study,two researchers used Revman 5.3 software for meta analysis.Results:Eight RCTs were included,totalling 789 patients.Meta analysis results show that:two groups about 0.0001],ESR [MD =-9.66,95% CI(-7.93),1.61),P = 0.006,vas[MD =-11.45,95% CI(-10.15,-3.15),P = 0.00001] the differences of these indexes are statistically significant.The efficacy of combination therapy of elamod and methotrexate is better than that of single drug therapy of methotrexate.CRP [MD =-4.17,95% CI(-2.36,0.70),P = 0.18],the incidence of adverse reactions [RR = 1.07,95% CI(0.92,1.25),P = 0.36],adverse reactions in the blood system [RR = 1.52,95% CI(0.85,2.72),P = 0.16],abnormal liver function [RR = 1.13,95% CI(0.70,1.81),P = 0.63],adverse reactions in the gastrointestinal tract [RR = 0.93,95% CI(0.52,1.67),P =The difference of 0.82] was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The current results show that,compared with methotrexate alone,the efficacy of elamod combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has significant advantages,the safety is equivalent to that of methotrexate alone,and it is better in the comprehensive evaluation of patients and doctors on disease activities.However,due to the lack of research quantity and quality,the above conclusions still need more high-quality research for further verification.
