Background:Virtual bronchoscopy navigation(VBN),a new type of navigation technology which based on CT three-dimensional imaging, which can create virtual bronchial path, guide the bronchoscope to reach the target lesion and take a biopsy. It can improve the positive biopsy rate of pulmonary nodules through the image recognition.Relevant literature studies have shown that VBN combined with EBUS can improve the diagnosis rate of peripheral lung disease and do great significance for the detection and diagnosis of early lung cancer. Objective:To evaluate whether VBN combined with EBUS could improve the diagnosis rate of peripheral lung disease. Methods:We searched PubMed,EMBase, the cochrane,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP for randomized controlled trials(RCT)published as of July 2019,in which VBN combined with EBUS diagnosed peripheral lung disease were reported, and reviewed the studies listed as references of the relevant RCT published in printed journals.Data were extracted from eligible RCT and quality assessment was conducted with Revman 5.3.Results:Eight RCT were included.Meta-analysis showed that RR value of the eight studies was 1.08,95% confidence interval was 1.03-1.14,with statistical significance,Z=2.93,P=0.003<0.05.It suggests that the diagnosis rate of peripheral lung disease in the VBN+EBUS group was better than that in the EBUS group alone. Conclusion:The diagnostic rate of peripheral pulmonary disease with VBN combined with EBUS is better than that with EBUS alone.
