Objective:Lower limb Arteriosclerosis occlusion disorder(Arteriosclerosis obliterans,ASO)is a peripheral artery disease(peripheral arterial diseases,PAD)is an important part of,with the progress of science and technology, equipment, changing the idea of innovation and treatment of vascular lumen, gradually relaxed the indication of interventional treatment for anatomical not complicated or high-risk ASO patients, endovascular interventional treatment method at present has become the treatment of choice for clinical physicians.By analyzing the effect of percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy and stent implantation in the treatment of ASO in superficial femoral artery segment occlusion, this study further explored the clinical efficacy of intracavity therapy,so as to provide reference for clinical work.Methods:Seventy-one patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremity admitted to Shanxi provincial people's hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were taken as the study object.According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into the rotary resection group(n=36)and the stent group(n=35).The patients in the rotary resection group were given TurboHawk percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy.Patients in the stent group received Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)+Percutaneous transluminal stenting(PTS).The incidence of perioperative complications, primary patency rate and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results:Complications occurred in two cases after rotary resection, among which, one cases presented fluid limiting interlayer after rotary resection and were covered with bare stent. In the other case, blood vessel rupture occurred after rotary resection. The primary patency rate of the rotary group 12 months after surgery was higher than that of the stent group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference at the 1,3 and 6 months(P>0.05).Conclusion:TurboHawk system is an option for the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic obliterans with proven short-term efficacy, minimal trauma, high safety, and a mediumterm patency rate higher than that of stent implantation. However, the long-term efficacy still needs further follow-up.
