A Study On The Long-term Care Model Of The Disabled Elderly In The City

Disabled old people refer to the old people who have lost all or part of their ability of self-care due to their old age,diseases and sudden accidents.With the aging of our country's population is becoming increasingly serious,the problem of disabled elderly care is gradually prominent.According to statistics,the number of disabled and semi disabled elderly in China has exceeded 40 million.This part of the elderly need not only pension services,but also specialized long-term care services.In the face of such great pressure,the long-term care service combined with medical care and pension has become a major measure to solve this social problem in this context.Through literature analysis,interview and case study,this study explores the experience and Enlightenment of K hospital's long-term care mode of "combination of medical care and nursing".The main contents are as follows: the first part mainly expounds the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,research difficulties and innovations of the long-term care mode of disabled elderly,and the second part mainly expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Including the related concepts of disabled elderly,long-term care and medical care combination,the classification and characteristics of the coupling theory,welfare multiple,SWOT analysis model and long-term care mode,it is concluded that the "medical care combination" long-term care mode of K hospital is a public rehabilitation hospital for the elderly,which mainly focuses on medical treatment and provides medical and pension services for the disabled and mentally retarded elderly.The third part analyzes the current situation and effect of K hospital's long-term care mode from internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats,and analyzes the long-term development strategy of the mode through SWOT model.The fourth part is the sublimation based on the third part,which is the main content of this study.Based on the in-depth analysis of the operation evaluation of the mode,the paper analyzes the difficulties and causes of the mode in detail.The fifth part is the improvement and promotion of K hospital's long-term care mode of "combination of medical care and nursing",which is the prospect of the development and operation of the mode.The research shows that there are many problems in the long-term care model of disabled elderly,such as lack of policies and laws,single source of funds and shortage of nursing talents.The combination of "medical treatment" and "maintenance" needs the support of government policies,multi-agent financial support and talent support.Only in this way can we further meet the diversified elderly care needs of the elderly,especially the needs of the disabled,semi disabled and the elderly with dementia for long-term care,so as to realize the healthy,dignified,comfortable and comfortable old age of the elderly.
