| Objective:1.This study will construct the "Medical Staff's Knowledge,Attitude and Practice(KAP)Questionnaire on Pulmonary Rehabilitation in the Patients with COPD" to provide tools for medical institutions to investigate the status of KAP.2.Investigate the status of medical staff's knowledge,Attitude and Practice on pulmonary rehabilitation in the Patients with COPD,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:1.Using the KAP theory as the theoretical framework,a questionnaire was constructed from the three dimensions of KAP through a literature analysis method,and an initial questionnaire was formed after two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence.The content and order of the questionnaire entries were modified through a preliminary survey to form a questionnaire to be tested,and a formal sample questionnaire was formed after a large sample survey for item analysis and reliability and validity testing.2.The convenience sampling method was used to conduct a statussurvey of 362 respiratory medical staff in Chongqing City through a self-made questionnaire.The questionnaire content included demographic and clinical characteristics surveys,and a survey of KAP.The statistical software SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data:(1)Descriptive statistics:Count data was described by frequency and composition ratio,measurement data was in accordance with the normal distribution,and was expressed by mean ± standard deviation.(2)The data accorded with the normal distribution and homogeneity test of variance.Two independent sample t-tests,one-way analysis of variance,multiple linear regression analysis,and Pearson correlation analysis were used to evaluate the influencing factors of medical staff's KAP on pulmonary rehabilitation in the patients with COPD.Result:1.Two rounds of Delphi method expert consultation conducted:?The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation were 83.33%and 100% respectively;the authority coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.912 and 0.95,respectively.? The questionnaire includes40 items in 3 dimensions,including 21 items in the knowledge dimension,7 items in the attitude dimension,and 12 items in the practice dimension.(3)The total Cronbach's ? coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.974,and the Cronbach's ? coefficients of knowledge,attitude,and behavior at various latitudes are 0.974,0.946,and 0.971 respectively;the half-reliability of the total questionnaire is 0.689.The content validity index(I-CVI)of each item level is 0.80-1.00;the content validity index S-CVI of the questionnaire level is 0.951.The KMO value is 0.945,and the Bartlett spherical test value is 11037.651(df = 780,P <0.01).The load of the item on the corresponding common factor is ?0.4 and there is no multiple load.According to the lithotripsy diagram,a total of 3 public The factor explained 76.066% of the total variation,as expected.2.A total of 340 effective questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 94%.The total score of KAP was(76.22 ±13.28)points,of which the scores of knowledge,attitude,and practice were(77.44±15.08)points,(83.80±12.96)points,and(69.65±18.12)points.The difference in knowledge scores of medical staff with different working years,job titles,whether they have participated in pulmonary rehabilitation training,or have experience in pulmonary rehabilitation work is statistically significant(P<0.05);whether the medical staff have participated in pulmonary rehabilitation training,have experience in pulmonary rehabilitation work The situation was different,and the differences in attitude score,behavior score,and total score of KAP were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether they had participated in pulmonary rehabilitation training and had experience in pulmonary rehabilitation work were the influencing factors of the total score of KAP(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The "Medical Staff's Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Questionnaire for Pulmonary Rehabilitation in the Patients with COPD" has good reliability and validity,and can provide a tool for medical institutions to investigate the status of KAP.2.Respiratory doctors and nurses in Chongqing have better knowledge and attitude towards pulmonary rehabilitation training for the patients with COPD,but their Practice levels are worse.whether they have participated in pulmonary rehabilitation training and whether they have experience in pulmonary rehabilitation work are important factors affecting the level of knowledge,attitude and practice.Therefore,thetraining and construction of pulmonary rehabilitation talents should be carried out in a targeted manner,so as to better improve the level of KAP of pulmonary rehabilitation for medical staff,and better promote the clinical application of pulmonary rehabilitation for the patients with CPD. |
