Objective: Since the reform and opening up,especially since the 21 st century, with the development of society, people have entered the era of digital economy and the era of intelligence. The development of science and technology has brought vast development to China's medical undertakings and ushered in unprecedented Historical opportunities.People really start to enter the era of big data, compared with other industries, the medical industry has greater mining and potential.my country's medical industry has also undergone major reforms in recent years. The quality and level of services have greatly improved, and terminal equipment has become increasingly convenient and user-friendly.At the same time, the hospital accepts a large number of patients every day,and the conditions of the patients are various, and the information of the relevant patients is very large. The hospital has a large amount of information on the disease data, which constitutes big data.Under the change of this situation, traditional medical decision-making can no longer adapt to the pace of the times,no longer use the previous experience as the main basis for implementing decision-making,but use the corresponding technology to carry out in-depth mining and processing of relevant data, and process the resulting treatment The results serve as an important basis and reference for the final decision.Pediatric pneumonia is the most common respiratory disease that causes infants and young children to be hospitalized.Infants younger than three years old have more pneumonia in winter and spring, which is prone to repeated attacks, causing a variety of serious complications and affecting children's healthy growth anddevelopment. Therefore, research and prediction of diseases in this period are crucial for ensuring the healthy growth of infants and young children and the quality of maternal and child health care work.First,a basic theoretical analysis of the clinical symptoms, manifestations, and methods of pneumonia in children is carried out.Materials: This article selects 3 to15 days of pediatric pneumonia patients from February 2017 to February2019 to be sourced from 7 large general hospitals in Chongqing(Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University,Third Affiliated Hospital,Second Affiliated Hospital,Affiliated Yongchuan Hospital,Affiliated University City Hospital,Chongqing Southeast Hospital,Chongqing Tongliang District People's Hospital)Blood routine index of756 inpatients with pneumonia from 0 to 6 years old and clinical symptoms of 854 patients with pneumonia from 0 to 6 years old As research target.Secondly, based on the probabilistic neural network model to detect the nature of pneumonia in children, improve the clinical efficiency of pneumonia detection in children. Results: There was no significant change in the white blood cell count of the two groups of children with pneumonia, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with group A,the platelet content of children with pneumonia in group B was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),the hemoglobin content decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the red blood cell count and the absolute value of neutrophils in the two groups did not change significantly, and the difference was not statistically significant. The percentage of neutrophils was significantly higher in group A than group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with group B,the percentage of lymphocytes in children with pneumonia in group A decreased significantly, and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that group B is a patient with pneumonia from 0 to 3 years old,and group A is a patient with pneumonia from 3 to 6 years old.Discussion: This study shows that the proportion of neutrophils in infants and children with pneumonia aged 3 to 6 years is significantly higher than that for patients with pneumonia aged 0 to 3 years. The proportion of lymphocytes decreased significantly, and the hemoglobin content increased significantly. The platelet count was significantly reduced, but the red and white blood cell counts were not significantly different, including the absolute value of neutrophils.Pediatric pneumonia is a common disease in infants and young children, and a common cause of death in infants and young children. The disease can cause serious damage to the respiratory tract of children, leading to some other syndromes. The cause is a respiratory disease caused by bacteria, viruses, etc. In bacterial pneumonia, the white blood cell count is usually increased. In viral pneumonia, the white blood cell count is usually normal or decreased, and the proportion of lymphocytes is normal or increased. This study found that blood routine indicators of infantile pneumonia patients in infants and children of different ages were different. The platelet count of the patients in the upper age group is lower than that in the patients with pneumonia in the lower age group, but the hemoglobin content is higher.Doctors should pay attention to this when visiting different groups of people. The absolute value of neutrophils, red blood cell count and white blood cell count are not significantly different. There is no need to treat them differently. The probabilistic neural network can be used for the diagnosis of the etiology of pneumonia in children, and the diagnosis has certain significance, and can be used as a clinical auxiliary diagnosis for the next research and exploration.
