Objective: To probe the correlation between alkaline phosphatase(ALP)with coronary heart disease(CHD)and range of coronary lesions. Methods: A total of 294 patients who underwent Coronary angiography(CAG)examination in Yongchuan Hospital affiliated of Chongqing Medical University from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected. On the basis of CAG result,we divided these patients into non-CHD group and CHD group, and according to the range of coronary artery lesions the CHD group was divided into single-vessel lesion group and multi-vessel lesion group.General data including gender, age, smoking, hypertension and diabetes were collected,as well as laboratory test results such as ALP,total cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C).Results: Statistically significant differences between the CHD group and the non-CHD group in Gender, smoking, diabetes,ALP,and LDL-C.Binary Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that in patients with high clinical suspicion of CHD,ALP,Diabetes mellitus and smoking were risk factors for CHD.The difference in ALP,LDL-C and TC between the single-vessel disease group and the multi-vessel disease group was found to be statistically significant(P < 0.05).Using ROC curve analysis, the areaunder the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.659 When 77.5U/L was taken as the cut-off value, the sensitivity and specificity of ALP in predicting CHD were0.548 and 0.701 respectively. Conclusion: ALP is an risk factor for CHD in patients which highly suspected CHD.In CHD,ALP is also associated with the range of coronary disease.
