Objective: To analyze the correlation between anatomical parameters of the knee joint and anterior cruciate ligament injury in northeast China. Methods: Case-control study, the choice in October 2017-December 2019,caused by traumatic knee pain and restricted movement to our hospital patients with knee MRI,the diagnosis report suggests knee anterior cruciate ligament injury patients were divided into group A,the diagnosis report not prompt anterior cruciate ligament injury patients were divided into group B.The age,sex and intercondylar notch Angle of the two groups were compared.Medial tibial plateau posterior inclination Angle(MTS);Posterior inclination Angle(LTS)of the lateral tibial plateau;Intercondylar fossa width(ICW);Intercondylar fossa height(ICH);Femoral condyle width(EW).The intercondylar fossa width index(NWI)was calculated.Intercondylar fossa morphology index(NSI);Intercondylar fossa area(CSA).A total of patients were included in this study. There were 48 cases in group A and 54 cases in group B.There were 55 males and 47 females. The MRI diagnosis results of all patients were approved by senior imaging chief physician. All anatomical parameters were measured by 2 senior orthopedic surgeons.Inclusion criteria: 1.In group A,knee pain and movement limitation occurred after trauma, and the diagnosis report after MRI examination showed anterior cruciate ligament injury, and the ACL injury was confirmed by arthroscopy. In group B,knee pain and movement limitation occurred after trauma, and the diagnosis report after MRI examination showed no ACL injury.2.The age was more than 18 years old or the epiphyseal was closed.3.No previous history of knee injury.4.Damage time less than 1 month.5.All patients were born in northeast China. The results were recorded as mean + standard deviation, and the level of validity test was p < 0.05.The independent risk factors of ACL injury were obtained by LOGISTIC regression analysis, and the specific influence of each independent risk factor on ACL injury was clarified. Results: 1.In the single-factor analysis, there were statistically significant differences in the notch Angle of the intercondylar fossa, the posterior inclination of the lateral tibial plateau and the height of the intercondylar fossa between group A and group B(p < 0.05).2.According to the binary Logistic regression equation, the significance of INA,LTS and ICH was p < 0.05.Therefore,in the multivariate analysis,INA,LTS and ICH all affected the risk of acl injury. As shown in the figure, the prediction accuracy was up to 86.9%.3.INA,LTS and ICH all had certain effects on ACL injuries. The prediction accuracy was 28.5% for INA,82.7% for LTS and 23.4% for ICH,respectively.4.When INA is less than 33.5°,LTS is greater than 6.66° and ICH is less than 20.66 mm,the risk of ACL injury will be greatly increased.H all had certain effects on ACL injuries. The prediction accuracy was 28.5% for INA,82.7% for LTS and 23.4% for ICH,respectively. Conclusion: 1.When INA and ICH decreased, the risk of ACL injury increased correspondingly with the increase of LTS.2.LTS is the most important risk factor for acl injury.
