Point-of-care testing has the advantages of being portable,low-cost,and real-time analysis, and is an important means for application in modern medical and health fields. As a core component of point-of-care testing, the intelligent design is crucial for the development of highly integrated, miniaturized and automated sensing systems, and is a key step in its practical application. With the emergence of new sensing technologies, the need for intelligent hardware and software design is becoming stronger and stronger. Therefore, this article focuses on the intelligent design of new sensing technologies, and has developed a series of portable,easy-to-use intelligent sensing systems for point-of-care testing. In this paper, three point-of-care testing devices based on intelligent sensors are designed:First,in order to meet the long-term self-test needs of diabetics,an intelligent detection system based on enzyme sensor was designed to realize the rapid and accurate detection of three parameters of blood sugar, blood ketone and uric acid.According to the design requirements, the research work is divided into three parts, testing chip production, hardware circuit design and embedded programming. The screen printing technology is used to make the detection chip, and the chemical signal is converted into an electrical signal. The hardware circuit is designed based on the 51-core single-chip STC12LE5A60S2 and the operational amplifier chip AD8609.The embedded programming uses the C programming language, which together form the detection module pair. The electrical signals are identified, processed and displayed.According to the experimental verification, the designed product has good linearity, low cost and simple operation.Secondly, for the non-invasive sweat detection,a smart bracelet based on the enzyme-free electrode and mobile APP is designed.Using the biosensor based on three-electrode multi-potential system for signal conversion, the detection system based on Bluetooth chip n RF51822 is designed. The system includes three main functions: signal processing and recognition,multi-potential control and Bluetooth transmission. With the mobile APP,sweat measurement can be realized for ordinary users. The entire system does not need to replace the disposable chip, and the electrode can be self-cleaned by applying potential.According to the experimental verification, the device has good repeatability and simple operation.Thirdly, for fetal movement detection of pregnant women,a passive fetal movement detection system based on pressure sensor array and mobile phone APP is designed.Traditional fetal movement detection can only rely on manual counting of pregnant women,or can only collect single-point fetal movement signals. In this paper,a 4*8 pressure sensor array is designed to collect the fetal movement signals of pregnant women in an all-round way,and the collected signals are real-time transmitted to mobile APP through Bluetooth for further signal processing and recognition. The experimental results show that the fetal motility signals are well differentiated, which provides a new idea for fetal motility counting of pregnant women.
