| Objective: This research is aimed to explore the expression of ɑ-enolase(ENO1)in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and reaction hyperplastic lymph node tissues,and to analyze the relationship between ENO1 expression level in DLBCL and the clinical data and its prognosis.It hopes to provide predictive indicators for the clinical progress and prognosis assessment of DLBCL.Methods: The 50 cases with clinical and pathological diagnosis of DLBCL from July2013 to March 2019 admitted in the affiliated hospital were enrolled in the experimental group,and 20 cases with hyperplastic lymph node in the same period in our hospital were classified into the control group.The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ENO1 in DLBCL and reaction hyperplastic lymph node tissues.Collected at the same time DLBCL patients’ age,gender,IPI score,Ann Arbor in installment,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and other clinical data and follow-up data,analysis of ENO1 expression level in DLBCL relationship with the clinical data and its prognosis.The statistical significance is represented by P < 0.05.Results:(1)The statistical difference(P < 0.05)was found between ENO1 expression levels in DLBCL and reaction hyperplastic lymph node tissues;(2)The ENO1 expression in DLBCL showed statistical differences with Ki-67 expression levels(P = 0.002),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)level(P = 0.016),the ECOG score(P =0.040)and the IPI score(P = 0.004),but no statistical difference(P > 0.05)with the patient’s age,gender,primary site,Ann Arbor in stages,with and without B symptoms,Hans immune classification,the BCL-6 expression,and chemotherapy effect in patients with DLBCL.The single factor analysis indicated a statistical difference(P < 0.05)between ENO1 expression and the overall survival(OS)time of patients with DLBCL.High ENO1 expression was hence determined to be an influential factor of OS time.ENO1 expression level and progression-free survival(PFS)time exhibited no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Multiariable COX analysis suggested that ENO1 expression was not anindependent risk factor of DLBCL;(3)In germinal center type(GCB)DLBCL,ENO1 expression level had no statistical difference(P > 0.05)with gender,IPI score,LDH level,Bcl-6 expression and other clinical data and the chemotherapy effect.The single factor analysis found a statistical difference(P < 0.05)of ENO1 expression level with patients’ OS time,but no statistical difference with PFS.In the non-germinal center(non-GCB)DLBCL,ENO1 expression level showed statistical differences(P < 0.05)with LDH expression level,IPI stage and Ki-67 expression level but no statistical difference(P > 0.05)with OS and PFS of patients.Conclusion:ENO1 in DLBCL high expression of ENO1 expression and Ki-67 high correlation,IPI,ECOG,LDH,ENO1 in patients with high expression of OS. |
