Nowadays, the morbidity of T2 DM continues to increase all over the world.Because of the long course of disease, the physical function and psychological status of elderly patients with T2 DM are significantly lower than those of normal people, which brings huge mental pressure to patients.Long-term drug treatment leads to an increase in both direct and indirect costs of patients and their families, and increases the economic burden of patients and society. Now it has become one of the problems that cannot be ignored in the public health of China.By collecting and sorting out the data,it is found that the research on diabetes and complications at home and abroad is increasing year by year, and there is no relevant research on anxiety and depression of elderly patients with T2 DM,among which there is still a gap in the research on the effect of Taijiquan combined with sandplay intervention on the condition and anxiety and depression of elderly patients with T2 DM.In view of the above situation,in order to better alleviate the adverse emotions of elderly patients with T2 DM and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with T2 DM,there is an urgent need for some targeted research results that can reflect the national conditions. In this paper, literature data method, scale measurement method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods are used.In strict accordance with the principle of voluntary organization and signing of informed consent, after four rounds of exclusion,a total of 30 elderly patients with T2 DM who met the experimental requirements were chosen as experimental subjects, and the patients were separated into exercise group, combined group and control group at random,10 in each group. The control group received routine treatment;the exercise group and the combined group took centralized Taiji eight-way five-step exercise on the basis of routine treatment, once a day for 60 minutes;the combined group of elderly patients with T2 DM added sandplay intervention on the basis of the exercise group, once a week for 40-60 minutes, once for 12 weeks. Before and after the intervention, the related indexes of blood glucose, blood lipids and the scores of anxiety and depression in the three groups of elderly patients with T2 DM were detected, and the measured data were statistically analyzed. The results showed that after 12 weeks of intervention, there was no significant difference in each index between the elderly patients with T2 DM in the control group before and after intervention(p > 0.05).Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in blood glucose, lipid, anxiety and depression scores between the twoexperimental groups after intervention(p < 0.05 or p < 0.01),and the related indicators of elderly patients with T2 DM in the combined group after intervention were better than those in the exercise group(p < 0.05).As far as the findings of the experiment and physiological perspective are concerned,it is concluded that the intervention of Taijiquan and Taijiquan combined with sandplay under the condition of conventional treatment can significantly improve the blood glucose, blood lipid, anxiety and depression of elderly patients with T2 DM,and the effect is better than that of the control group. The intervention effect of Taiji eight methods five steps combined sandplay is significantly better than that of single Taiji eight methods five steps exercise.Taiji combined with sandplay intervention can control the stability of glucose and lipid metabolism in elderly patients with T2 DM,and has a positive recovery function for adverse emotions. At the same time,it provides a problem-solving idea for alleviating depression and anxiety in many patients with chronic diseases. The combined intervention is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
