Study On The Value And Efficiency Evaluation Of Traditional Medicine Development From The Perspective Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Traditional medicine is an important part of the intangible cultural heritage.The protection and development of traditional medicine non material cultural heritage("traditional medicine")is of great significance to carry forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture and enhance the self-confidence of national culture.However,in the upsurge of pursuing modern material civilization,China’s "traditional medicine remains" in the process of economic development has encountered a great impact: many rare traditional medicine disappeared,and some of the folk medicine and skills inherited by words and skills after the lack of people and so on.On the one hand,the government is vigorously protecting.On the one hand,it is the rapid extinction of traditional medicine.One of the main reasons is whether the industrialization value and efficiency meet the requirements of economic return on investment.Industrialization is an effective way to realize the protection and development of "non remains" at home and abroad.If we can produce,circulate and sell the rich "traditional medicine non remains" in material products or the material products transformed into cultural types,and then create brand effect,economic benefit and social benefit,this will not only be able to create brand effect,economic benefit and social benefit.Satisfying people’s health,mental and spiritual needs,and promoting the steady and healthy development of economy and society.Based on this,this paper selects the value and efficiency evaluation of traditional medicine development from the perspective of "non remains",and intends to evaluate the development value of traditional medicine by building a scientific evaluation model to judge whether it can achieve industrialization.At the same time,the development efficiency evaluation of the three gold tablets,which is based on the "traditional medicine non remains" of Zhuang folk medicine(Zhuang folk medicine in 2006 as the provincial "non-Legacy" in China),is carried out."The legacy of medicine" has embarked on the development track of industrialization.First,through the literature analysis,questionnaire survey and Delphy-analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs the traditional medicine development value evaluation model containing 5 criteria and 16 factor level index.Then,it explores the development model of different development value and puts forward three kinds of development value models.For example,the development value of "enterprise leading + government guidance supervision + social public participation" model,the development of the value of the general "government power leading + enterprise participation + social public help" model,the development of low value "government power leading + social public participation" model.Then,using the development value evaluation model,10 products based on "traditional medicine non-Legacy" were divided into complete development,semi development and salvage protection.Finally,the DEA model is used to calculate and analyze the input-output efficiency of the three gold tablets,which are operated by the Guilin Sanjin pharmaceutical industry Limited by Share Ltd("Guilin three gold"),which are of high value in 2007-2016.The results show that the input-output efficiency of the three gold films in the past ten years is better,but there are still shortcomings in the process of industrialization,and 5 points are summed up,and then 5 countermeasures are put forward in order to guide the further development of the industrialization of the three gold films.
