Early symptoms of mental illness are difficult to be detected,with recurrent attacks and radical treatment.Moreover,due to the individual differences of patients,it is difficult to achieve accurate diagnosis and treatment.However,the traditional diagnosis and treatment of mental illness cannot achieve early and accurate diagnosis through quantitative tables and drug treatment of corresponding symptoms.At present,portable collection and treatment equipment has been widely used,which can obtain various physiological and pathological information of patients and provide the basis for accurate diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation of mental diseases.Therefore,this paper proposes to realize the collection and processing of users' health information based on portable devices,and to provide a new way of thinking for accurate diagnosis and treatment of mental diseases by mining hidden information in medical data.Firstly,this paper designs an intelligent mental health information system based on portable devices,which includes data acquisition and intervention module,data calculation and analysis module and visual data interaction module.The system uses portable equipment for data collection and intervention treatment;a hybrid architecture of batch computing and flow computing is used to optimize the allocation of computing resources.Through the application of data analysis methods and evaluation architecture design to solve the problem of data traversal;through the application design and analysis of mental health information system,a personalized medical service scheme based on the physiological characteristics of patients was proposed.Then,this paper developed a mobile APP to control data collection and stimulation device to collect patient data.Developed a data visualization management platform to help doctors realize online monitoring of patients' health status and adjustment of treatment plans;and has realized the user data and the record storage database development.Aiming at the difficulty in achieving accurate adjustment of drug dosage and stimulation parameters in traditional psychiatric treatment schemes,this paper provides a more efficient dynamic treatment scheme based on the development of portable device control and data visualization application software.Secondly,aiming at the problem that it is difficult for users to obtain high-quality and effective medical service information,this paper proposes a medical service recommendation scheme based on scenario data and physiological data.Aiming at the difficulty of feature extraction of complex physiological data,this paper extracted important physiological features by analyzing the sample entropy of EEG signals.To solve the problem that the FTRL algorithm relies on manual feature combination,an improved FTRL algorithm based on the second-order model is proposed in this paper,and the automatic feature combination is realized by learning the relationship between features.Aiming at the problem that traditional medical service recommendation schemes are difficult to predict users' immediate needs,this paper proposes to sort the list of medical service recommendations by users' choice,and evaluate different objects in medical services based on fine-grained user feedback analysis.Finally,through the application and development of mental health information system and personalized medical service recommendation design,this paper provides doctors and patients with mental illness with more accurate diagnosis and treatment help.
