| Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of ultrasonic scanning method in confirming right-sided double-lumen endobronchial tube placement and to compare the superiority with auscultation method in RDLT positioning.Methods:108 patients who accepted thoracic surgery with RDLT and general anesthesia in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups: the ultrasound group(Group U)(54 cases)and the auscultation group(Group A)(54 cases).Finally,7 cases were excluded in group A,47 cases were left, and 5 cases were excluded in group U,49 cases were left. When Group U and Group A finished the positioning of the RDLT,using FOB verify the accuracy of each group. The position of the catheter was re-determined according to the above method after changing to lateral position. The accuracy and the time of each group were recorded. Finally, statistical analysis was performed. Results:The correct cases were 42 and 31 for Group U and Group A in supine, and the accuracy rates were 85.71% and 65.96% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct cases(accuracy rates)were45(91.84%)and 39(82.98%)for Group U and Group A in lateral, and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The time required was(57.49±9.23)s and(60.15±9.16)s for Group U and Group A in supine, and the time was(45.89±6.36)s and(50.92±5.61)s for Group U and Group A in lateral, and the difference was statistically significant in lateral position(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic scanning method,a new way for RDLT,is better than auscultation method in RDLT localization. |
