Curative Effect Analysis Between Chest Tubeless And Chest Tube Video-assisted Surgery Of Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of a chest tubeless and with chest tube thoracoscope,to search the superiority and clinical application value of chest tubeless thoracoscopic bullae resection for spontaneous pneumothoraces.Methods:40 patients were selected with spontaneous pneumothorax from January 2018 to December 2018,who had done the VATS Operation in the Thoracic Surgery of China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University.18 of them under chest tubeless VATS(Video-assisted thoracic surgery)operation(1P group)and 22 cases underwent with chest tube VATS(2P group).The clinical outcomes including days of hospitalization after surgery,pain scores in days 1,2,and 3 after surgery,postoperative complications,first-time rehabilitation training after surgery,and total costs were compared between the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in clinical basic data between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).2.There was a statistical difference in days of hospitalization after surgery(4.89±1.37 d VS 6.41±1.62 d P<0.05)between the two groups,shorter first-time rehabilitation training days after surgery(1.72±0.57 d VS 2.46±0.67 d P<0.05)and less expensive(21155.7±1518.40? VS 23103.70±1359.44?,P<0.05)in the chest tubeless group were found compared with the tube group.But there was no statistical difference in the number of complications of the lung(P<0.43)between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Chest tubeless thoracoscopic bullae resection for spontaneous pneumothorax is better than VATS with a chest tube in carefully selected patients.2.Chest tubeless therapy in the treatment of pulmonary bulla resection can accelerate postoperative recovery with shorter hospitalized(after surgery)days and less expensive and is a superiority treatment in carefully selected patients.
