Objective:To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine,a highly selective 2receptor agonist, and esselor,a short-acting beta-blocker,on the stress response of extubation during recovery from general anesthesia. Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy or hysterectomy in the department of gynecology, handan central hospital from October2017 to June 2019 were selected.Age 4555 years old;Body mass index:18.523.9kg/m2;The American society of anesthesiologists ASA class?or?;They were divided into dexmedetomidine group?group D,n=20?,esmolol group?group E,n=20?and control group?group C,n=20?.All three groups received general anesthesia.Patients in group D received intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine 0.5g/kg 30minutes before extubation in the wake period of general anesthesia, and the infusion duration was 10 minutes. No special treatment was given to group C.Monitoring of three groups of patients at the end of the surgery?T0?,when the tube drawing?T1?,3minutes after extubation?T2?,5 minutes after extubation?T3?of brain electrical double frequency index?BIS?,glucose?Glu?,norepinephrine?NE?concentration, heart rate?HR?,pulse oxygen saturation?SpO2?,blood pressure?SBP,DBP?,invasive arterial mean arterial pressure?MAP?of phase change and anesthesia to choke to cough, restlessness, and so on and so forth Results:the HR,MAP,BIS,blood glucose and NE concentrations of T1,T2 and T3 in group C were all higher than those in group D?P<0.05?.The time points of T1,T2 and T3 in group E and C were higher than those in group D?P<0.05?.Conclusions:Short-term blocker esserol can significantly reduce the circulation fluctuation during extubation of trachea under general anesthesia and maintain the relative stability of hemodynamics in patients. In addition to maintaining stable circulation, dexmedetomidine can fundamentally inhibit the sympathetic excitation of patients, and at the same time relatively well reduce the adverse reactions such as cough and agitation during extubation, and there is no significant respiratory depression and delayed awakening, which is more advantageous. This study can provide a more effective scientific basis for guiding the extubation during awaking period of general anesthesia.
