| Cerebral palsy in children is a brain dysfunction disease that mainly targets neonates.Patients generally have severe limb movement disorders,and some patients have problems such as hearing and vision impairment,mental retardation,and language dysfunction.The reason is mainly related to abnormal development of the central nervous system.Spastic cerebral palsy is the most common type of cerebral palsy.Symptoms include joint stiffness,decreased limb mobility,hyperactive tendon reflexes,excessive flexor reflexes,language disorders,etc.The treatment is mainly rehabilitation training.With the development of computer science and technology,as an important branch of computer science and technology,human-robot interaction technology is also widely used in rehabilitation.Therefore,in order to improve the rehabilitation effect of cerebral palsy and promote the application of human-robot interaction technology in the field of cerebral palsy rehabilitation,it is of great significance to study the key technology of human-robot interaction for robot-assisted cerebral palsy rehabilitation training system.Aiming at the symptoms of speech impairment and poor body movement in children with spastic cerebral palsy,this paper designs robot-assisted cerebral palsy rehabilitation training systems based on speech recognition and motion recognition in human-robot interaction technology.The specific research work and results are as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of human-robot interaction technology research for robot-assisted cerebral palsy rehabilitation training system are introduced.The related work of cerebral palsy rehabilitation and human-robot interaction is analyzed,and the structure of this article is briefly explained.Secondly,design of human-robot interaction system,designed the human-robot interaction system model,then researched the robot auxiliary system in the model,designed its hardware and software platform,and finally designed the spastic-oriented type based on the voice interaction and motion interaction in human-robot interaction technology Speech training and action training programs for children with cerebral palsy.Thirdly,a robotic-assisted cerebral palsy rehabilitation training system based on voice interaction.A system framework based on voice interaction was designed.The speech recognition module in the system framework was studied.The hardware construction and software implementation of each module of the entire system were designed.Analysis and verification of the feasibility of the systemFourthly,based on the action interaction robot-assisted cerebral palsy rehabilitation training system,the framework of the action interaction system was designed,and then the motion recognition module depth sensor Kinect in the frame was researched.Then geometric matching was used to identify each action,and then the system’s interactive interface was designed.And analyzed the system recognition effectFinally,based on neural network-optimized action interaction system,research is made on action recognition methods,feature extraction,BP neural network design,and GA-optimized neural network design.The interaction interface of the system is improved,and the impact of different lighting environments on the system is compared.It also analyzes the training effect of the system through specific cases.In summary,based on speech recognition and motion recognition in human-robot interaction technology,this paper designs robot-assisted cerebral palsy rehabilitation training systems based on voice interaction and motion interaction,respectively,and provides technical reserves for the application of human-robot interaction technology in the field of cerebral palsy rehabilitation. |
