[PurPose]: To investigate the correlation between the expression of Tie-1 in serum and cervical cancer tissues and the clinicopathological data and prognosis of cervical cancer patients.[Methods]:77 patients who underwent direct surgical treatment in the department of gynecology of the first affiliated hospital of shihezi university medical college from November 2008 to August2017 and whose postoperative pathology confirmed that they had stage IA1-IIA2 cervical cancer were selected as the study subjects.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Tie-1 in cervical cancer cells and tumor-associated endothelial cells(TREC),and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Another choice in August 2017 to June 2019 in shihezi university school of medicine in the first affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology colposcope results clearly diagnosed with cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial lesion(CIN1-3)patients 139 cases as group(82 cases of cervical cancer patients,57 cases of CIN patients),Serum was retained before and within 3 days after initial treatment,at the same time choose a medical eliminate cervical lesions in 55 cases of healthy women as control group(cervical liquid based cytology and HPV tests are negative).Serum Tie-1(sTie-1)concentration was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the relationship between the expression level of sTie-1 and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with cervical cancer was analyzed. All data were analyzed and processed by SPSS17.0 statistical software,Cross-table analysis and chi-square test were used for the comparison among groups of classification variables,non-normal measurement data were used for the non-parametric rank sum test, and COX proportional risk model was used for the multi-factor analysis.Significance level(P value)< 0.05 was considered statistically significant.[Results]:(1)Tie-1 on IB2-IIA2(FIGO,2009),the tumor > 4 cm in diameter, low differentiation, cervical muscle layer infiltration 1/2 or more and have lymphatic vascular infiltration clearance(LVSI)in cervical cancer patients with positive expression rate of tumor cells and the TREC were significantly higher than that of phase IA1-IB1,tumor diameter 4 cm or less, high differentiation, cervical muscle layer infiltration depth < 1/2 and no LVSI patients(P < 0.05).(2)The expression of Tie-1 in cancer cells of patients with pelvic lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of patients without pelvic lymph node metastasis(P =0.006).(3)The expression of Tie-1in cervical cancer cells was related to the 3-year PFS and OS of the patients. The higher the expression of Tie-1,the worse the prognosis of the patients(P < 0.05).(4)The expression of Tie-1in TREC was correlated with 3-year PFS(P =0.034).The higher the expression, the worse the prognosis, and there was no correlation with 3-year OS(P > 0.05).(5)Compared with the healthy control group, the serum concentrations of Tie-1 in the precancerous group and the cervical cancer group were significantly increased(P < 0.05).(6)The serum concentration of Tie-1 in cervical cancer patients decreased significantly 3 days after the operation(P = 0.021).(7)sTie-1 level was significantly increased in groups of stage ≥IIB,tumor size ≥2 cm compared with stages IA1-IIA2,tumor size <2cm,respectively(P value were all <0.05),but no significant correlation with differentiation, age and pathological type.(8)sTie-1 level in cervical cancer patients was correlated with 3-year PFS(P = 0.012),and the higher the sTie-1 level, the worse the prognosis.(9)sTie-1 can be used as a sensitive diagnostic factor to differentiate cervical cancer from normal people(AUC=0.836,P=0.001).(10)COX multivariate analysis suggested that high sTie-1 levelin cervical cancer may be a risk factor for postoperative recurrence in patients with cervical cancer(HR=4.798,P=0.018).[Conclusion]:(1)Serum Tie-1 was significantly increased in patients with cervical cancer, which was related to tumor diameter and FIGO stage. And it has certain value in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions.(2)The higher serum level of sTie-1 indicates that the worse the prognosis of patients is,it is a risk factor for postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer patients.(3)The high expression of Tie-1 in the cancer tissues of cervical cancer patients is related to FIGO stage, tumor diameter and lymphatic vascular metastasis.(4)The high expression of Tie-1 in cervical cancer tissues suggested that the worse the prognosis of patients, the shorter the survival time.
