Background& Object:To compare the efficacy and safety of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mini-PCNL)versus retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)for treatment of 1-2cm lower pole renal stones.Method:In this study,we searched from computers in PubMed、Embase, the Cochrane Library,,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature System,CNKI and other databases. The time limit is January 2010 until December 2019 。 Search related compare the efficacy and safety of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mini-PCNL)versus retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)for treatment of 1-2cm lower pole renal stones 。 Two investigators independently conducted literature screening, data extraction, and quality assessment of the included literature, using Revman 5.3software for meta-analysis.Restlus:A total of ten studies were included with a total of 1275 patients. The success rate was higher in the mini-PCNL group(OR=2.55,95%CI:1.69~3.85,P<0.00001).Concerning the overall complication rates(OR=1.81,95%CI:1.28~2.56,P=0.0007)、postoperative mean hemoglobin drop(MD=3.32,95%CI:2.21~4.43,P<0.00001)and hospital stay(MD=27.95,95%CI:12.22~43.68,P=0.0005),RIRS was better than MPCN;Operative times and Postoperative fever were similar for both groups(MD=-5.19,95%CI:-17.47 ~7.09,P=0.41 and OR=1.00,95%CI:0.64~1.55,P=0.99).Conclusion:For the treatment of 1-2cm lower calyceal calculi,Compared with RIRS,MPCNL has better SFR,RIRS is superior to MPCNL in terms of overall complication rate, hemoglobin drop and hospitalization time,There was no significant difference in operative time and postoperative fever between the two groups. |
