Objective:To explore the safety and effective of embolization of visceral artery aneurysm with detachable coils. Methods:Collect the clinical data of 19patients with visceral artery aneurysm who have received embolization with detachable coils in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019,including each patient's gender, age, chief complaint, clinical symptoms, basic diseases, body mass index, blood pressure at admission, length of stay, location of aneurysm, maximum diameter of aneurysm, endovascular treatment, number of Interlock coil used, indexes of Indirect Bilirubin?IBIL?,Total Bilirubin?TBIL?,Blood Urea nitrogen?BUN?and Serum Creatinine?Scr?and other indexes of liver and kidney function. The patients were followed up in the 1stmonth,3rdmonth,6thmonth,12thmonth and then once a year after operation, including medical history inquiry, physical examination, enhanced CT and vascular ultrasound.Imaging examination and observation indexes included changes in the size of visceral aneurysm?measuring the maximum diameter of the tumor?,active blood flow in the tumor, patency rate of parent artery and infarction of parenchymal organs. The complications recorded during the follow-up were divided into 6 grades from A to F according to the Society of Interventional Radiology?SIR?standard.Statistics and data analysis:SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data were expressed in?x±s?.The liver and kidney function indexes of patients before and 1,3,7 days after operation such as IBIL,TBIL,BUN and Scr were compared by paired t-test.Repeated ANOVA was used to measure the maximum diameter of splanchnic aneurysms at 1st,3rd,6thand 12thmonth before and after operation. Results:The success rate of the technique was 100%?19/19?,and there were no operation related complications.Compared with that before operation,on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation, the P values of liver indexes such as IBIL,TBIL,BUN and Scr were 0.770,0.117,0.053,0.424,0.969,0.055,0.173,0.731 and 0.972,0.739,0.595 and 0.942?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference. The maximum diameter of aneurysm was 23.8±8.2 mm,22.8±7.6 mm,21.5±6.6 mm,20.2±6.2 mm and 19.3±5.4 mm before operation and at the first month, the third month, the sixth month and the twelfth month after operation respectively.During the 12-month follow-up period, the maximum diameter of aneurysm decreased by 4.5 mm on average.Compared with each other at different time points, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Complications were found in 3 cases during the follow-up period:1 case of slight renal infarction?SIR A?,1 case of femoral artery puncture point bleeding?SIR B?and 1 case of splenic abscess?SIR D?.There were no aneurysm reperfusion, rupture and patient death?n=0?.Conclusion:The detachable coil system has the advantages of complete controllability, dense packing and good transportability. It has fewer safety-related complications and better packing effect in the embolization of visceral artery aneurysm. It's an ideal embolic material for visceral artery aneurysm.
