Clinical Study Of Yishen Qianggu Decoction On Osteop Orosis Secondary To Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,to observe the clinical effect of Yishen Qianggu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis secondary osteoporosis,and to explore the application value of Yishen Qianggu Recipe on rheumatoid arthritis secondary osteoporosis.Methods:According to the relevant diagnostic criteria,60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis secondary osteoporosis were included as the research object.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given calcium carbonate D3 tablets(1 tablet/D)combined with alfacalcidol capsule(0.5ug/d,once a day)for 12 weeks on the basis of RA treatment;the treatment group was given Yishen Qianggu formula on the basis of RA for 12 weeks.The improvement of symptoms,activities of daily living,laboratory serum test and bone metabolism indexes were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1.Compared with before treatment,the levels of ESR,CRP,RF and anti CCP in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the level of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved,such as joint VAS score,morning stiffness time,joint swelling index,tenderness joint number,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,serum P1NP,CTX-1 and other bone metabolism indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,but the results of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).4.DAS28 and HAQ in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes,main syndrome and secondary syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Finally,the total score of TCM syndromes in the control group was(10.1± 2.38)points,and the treatment group(7.23±2.03)showed that the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better(P<0.05).5.In terms of clinical efficacy.In the treatment group,6 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.In the control group,1 case was markedly effective,23 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The statistical results showed that the total effective rates of the two groups were 93.3%and 80%respectively,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The drug composition of Yishen Qianggu recipe is consistent with the clinical treatment principle for OP patients with RA no matter from traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology theory.The results of this study show that the clinical efficacy of Yishen Qianggu formula is significantly better than the current clinical conventional medicine,with considerable curative effect and low side effects,which is worthy of wide application and promotion.
