Objective The purpose of this study was to construct a cognitive behavioral strategy suitable for the neuropsychological symptom group of cancer patients, and to evaluate the intervention effect and feasibility of this strategy by clinical application,so as to lay the initial practice foundation for further improving the intervention program. Methods This topic is divided into two parts. In the first part, cognitive behavioral strategies for neuropsychological symptom groups of cancer patients were constructed. The contents of cognitive intervention and behavioral intervention were determined through qualitative interviews with patients and literature retrieval, and then the intervention strategies were improved through expert certification meetings. In the second part, the effect of intervention was observed in a 6 week randomized controlled trial.Control group routine oncology nursing intervention group through We Chat public platform to accept cognitive behavior intervention for 6 weeks, including: cognitive intervention, behavioral interventions(autogenic training, relaxation training, meditation, distracting, five lines of music)two parts, the test at 3 and 6 weeks respectively evaluate symptoms(group),and at the end of the test(6 weeks)for feasibility evaluation.Excel software was used for data entry, and SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the general demographic and disease-related data of the intervention group and the control group. For the data of symptom severity and symptom group score, the paired t test was used for the difference value of measurement data that conforms to the normal distribution, and Wilcoxon rank sum test was used for the difference value that does not conform to the normal distribution. Results Results of the first part of the study: through qualitative interviews with the patients, the cognitive status of the patients was summarized into four topics(lack of recognition of symptom group, and often neglect symptom experience;Tolerate symptoms and fail to take active measures;Hope to seek non-drug intervention to alleviate symptoms;Acceptance of cognitive behavioral therapy is high.In addition, cognitive behavioral strategies were summarized and constructed through literature retrieval and expert opinions.Cognitive intervention includes relevant concepts of neuropsychological symptom groups, pathogenesis, current treatment methods, and the definition and application methods of cognitive behavioral intervention.Behavioral intervention is divided into five parts: self-discipline training, relaxation training, meditation, distraction and five-element music. Results of the second part :(1)A total of 88 patients were included in this study, which were divided into the intervention group and the control group.During the intervention,2 patients lost follow-up,and a total of 86 patients completed this study, including 43 patients in the control group and 43 patients in the intervention group.(2)The comparison of general demographic and diseaserelated data and intra-group symptoms and symptom group scores between the patients in the intervention group and the control group showed that there was no statistically significant difference in baseline between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)Anderson symptom assessment scale score and neuropsychological symptom group score were compared between the two groups after intervention, and the results showed that the symptom severity and symptom group score of patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The two groups of patients before and after the intervention of various indicators were compared, the results showed that the intervention group patients before and after the intervention of symptom severity and symptom group scores were improved(P<0.05),while the control group patients before and after the intervention of various indicators were not significantly different(P>0.05).(5)Make statistics on the click results of We Chat public platform, and the results show that relaxation training and wuxing music click the most times, respectively 294 times and 288 times.(6)The log results of symptom management were analyzed. The most frequently used relaxation training was recorded by the patients(321 times),and the most concentrated use was recorded in the evening(18:00?22:00),with a total of 393 times.(7)Analysis of the feasibility evaluation results showed that 95.3% of the patients were satisfied with this study, and 86.0% of the patients were willing to continue using this method.Conclusions(1)The cognitive degree of cancer patients on neuropsychological symptoms group is poor, and there are some negative emotions, and no positive and effective countermeasures have been taken, which has a great impact on the physical, mental and life quality of patients. Therefore, the construction of cognitive and behavioral strategies for neuropsychological symptoms group of cancer patients is of great importance.(2)Cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the severity of neuropsychological symptoms in cancer patients, and this intervention strategy is immediate and convenient, which is recognized by most patients, and provides a practical basis for further improving the symptom group management program.
