| Sleep is the basic survival process of human beings. However,it is clinically observed that patients with insomnia are often accompanied by cognitive disorders related to sleep. They often try hard to fall asleep, which is contrary to the natural process of sleep.Based on the cognitive model of insomnia, this study constructed a model of sleep effort and sleep quality, introduced state anxiety and mood regulation, and explored the internal mechanism of sleep effort on the quality of sleep. This study used the diagnostic criteria and clinical interviews for insomnia disorders in DSM-5 to screen 52 patients and36 normal sleepers, using The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the Glasgow Sleep Effort Scale(GSES),the State Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI),and the Emotional Adjustment Questionnaire(ERQ)were used to measure sleep effort, anxiety and emotion regulation in all subjects, and take polysomnography recording for one night to collecte objective sleep data, and analyze indicators in sleep. In this study, the statistical analysis software SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the research data, and the results were obtained:(1)The level of sleep effort and state anxiety of patients with insomnia was significantly higher than that of the normal control group.Insomnia patients prefer to use expression inhibition as an emotional regulation strategy, while the normal control group used more cognitive re-evaluation;(2)There were statistical differences between the insomnia disorder group and the normal control group in the wake After sleep onset, sleep onset latency, total sleep time, sleep efficiency, proportion of sleep 2 period and REM sleep period;(3)Sleep effort was significantly positively correlated with PSQI,that is,the harder the sleep, the worse the sleep quality;the sleep effort was significantly positively correlated with SAI.Patients who show higher sleep efforts show more state anxiety;(4)Sleep effort can significantly predict sleep latency(B=4.82,p<0.001),sleep effort can positively predict state anxiety(B=2.37,p<0.001),state anxiety during sleep effort and sleep latency Partial mediation(β=0.44,p<0.05,)expression inhibited the relationship between positive regulation and state anxiety and sleep latency(b=0.14,p<0.01),cognitive reassessment of negative regulation state anxiety and sleep latency(b=-0.09,p<0.01).Therefore,this study draws the following conclusions: By comparison,it is found that sleep insomnia patients have sleep cognitive disorders such as sleep efforts, and the sleep stability is different from the normal control group. The state anxiety part is between the sleep effort and the sleep latency, and the emotional regulation strategy regulates the mediating role of state anxiety. |
