Clinical Observation Of The Therapeutic Effects In The Stable COPD By Acupoints Injection Of Thymosin In The ST-36

Object: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of the acupoint injection of thymosin in the treatment of stable COPD,by the clinical research of a factorial design in 2×2 with injection heterogenetity between acupoints injection and normal injection,and medicine heterogenity between thymosin and vitamin B1,which aims to discover the mutual impacts between each other and to analyze the main effect,interaction effect and the synergy as well.Methods: 144 patients of stable COPD were allocated into four groups by block ramdonization,receiving the injection intervention once a week for eight weeks.Acupoints injection was done to the acupoints ST-36,while the normal injection was done to the ectogluteus.The treating group was interferred with the thymosin while the control group with vitamin B1.The CAT score,the m MRC scale,the COPD comprehensive assessment,the PF and the luymphocyte subpopulation were analyzed three time at the start,8-weeks’ interval and the 8 weeks after finishing the remedy.Results: 127 subjects at last took part in and finish the trial and 17 patients dropout,less than 20% of the samples(P>0.05).At 8-weeks’ interval the acupoints injection with ttreating group alleviated gradually and continue to the 8 weeks after finishing the remedy.CAT score is significantly high by multiple comparison in the analysis of variance.FVC score is significantly high by multiple comparison in the analysis of variance at 8-weeks’ interval,and FEV1 and FVC are significantly high by multiple comparison in the analysis of variance at 8 weeks after finishing the remedy,meanwhile the CD4 and CD4/CD8 is also significantly high by multiple comparison in the analysis of variance.The m MRC,same as the COPD comprehensive assessment,as there is no significance between acupoints injection and normal injection in treating group while there is significance between acupoints injection of thymosin with normal injection with vitmain B1.Conclusion: compared to the normal injection of treating group and the acupoints injection of control group,the thymosin in the group of acupoints injection at theST-36 is effective in increase the CD3 and CD4 so as to strenghten the inmunity tolerance,meanwhile it also alleviate the clinical symptoms by improve the PF in FEV1 and FVC.There is interactions between the injection heterogenetity and the medicine heterogenetity and the synergy exists for the mutual impacts in the aspect of FVC and CD4.
