Objective : We explored the changes of brain plasticity in healthy people by scalp electroacupuncture and transcranial direct current stimulation,and provide the basis and direction for subsequent clinical research.Part One:The study on the effects of electroacupuncture and transcranial direct current stimulation on bilateral brain excitability in healthy people.Methods:Thirty-two healthy volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into electroacupuncture(EA)group,transcranial direct current stimulation(t DCS)group and electroacupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation(EA?t DCS)group.The lateral scalp needle movement area(Jiao's scalp movement area),the t DCS stimulation site is the bilateral hand M1 area,and the cathode and the anode are randomly placed in the bilateral stimulation site,respectively,and the transcranial magnetic stimulation is used to evaluate the pre-and post-intervention sides.Cerebral hemispheric motor evoked potentials(MEPs)and resting motion threshold(RMT),analysis of the effects of three interventions on cerebral cortical excitability.Results:(1)In the 30 healthy subjects who were right-handed,the left hemisphere RMT was smaller than the right hemisphere.After the random equalization method,the pre-interventional motor evoked potentials(MEPs)were between the EA,t DCS and EA?t DCS groups,and the cathode and anode of each group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After a single intervention,the scalp electroacupuncture anode and t DCS anode showed a facilitating cerebral cortex,and the electroacupuncture cathode and t DCS cathode showed inhibition of cerebral cortex excitability.(3)After the intervention,the anodic and cathodic comparisons were not statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the three groups after the intervention and the effect of the 20-minute intervention after EA,t DCS and EA?t DCS(P>0.05).(4)The immediate effect of the t DCS group was statistically significant between the anode and the cathode.The effect of the EA group at 20 minutesafter intervention was statistically significant between the anode and the cathode.The immediate effect of the EA?t DCS group and the 20-minute effect after intervention.The difference between the anode and the cathode was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single intervention of EA and t DCS showed a cerebral cortical excitability.Single intervention of EA and t DCS showed inhibition of cerebral cortex excitability.Immediate intervention of t DCS showed an intervention effect.20 minutes after a single intervention of scalp EA.The intervention effect was observed.EA combined with t DCS showed an intervention effect immediately after a single intervention and 20minutes after the intervention.EA combined with t DCS had a better tendency to change the excitability of the cerebral cortex compared with EA or t DCS.Potential interventions still require more trials to confirm.Part Two:The study on the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation and scalp electroacupuncture on brain plasticity in healthy adults.Methods:A random number table method was used to recruit 15 healthy subjects,which were randomly divided into EA group,t DCS group and EA?t DCS group.EA anode was located in the left brain motor area 2/3(Coke's scalp movement area),and the cathode was located.2/3 of the right upper limb motor area,the t DCS anode was placed in the M1 area of the left upper limb,and the cathode was placed in the right M1area.The intervention was continued for 2 weeks.At the first intervention and the last intervention,a resting magnetic resonance scan was performed.Assessment of resting motion threshold and motor evoked potential by transcranial magnetic stimulation.Results:(1)After 2 weeks of intervention,the effect of single intervention at EA cathode was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).The mf ALFF of left lingual gyrus was increased compared with before intervention(P<0.01).The return of sm Re Ho increased before intervention(P<0.01).(2)After 2 weeks of intervention,there was no significant difference between the single intervention effect of the t DCS anode and cathode before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the m ALFF in the posterior cingulate band was reduced compared with the intervention,and the left brain M1 region was m ALFF.Compared with pre-intervention,mf ALFF in right cerebral fusiform gyrus and right cerebral anterior gyrus increased compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01),mf ALFF in right brain M1 region and right brain SMA region increased before intervention,bilateral anterior wedge and left cerebral apex Leaf sm Re Ho decreased compared with pre-intervention,and the effective connection(GCA)of left brain PMA to left brain SMA was lower than before intervention(P<0.05).(3)After 2 weeks of intervention,the single intervention effect of EA cathode combined with t DCS cathode was increased compared with that before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,m ALFF in the right brain PMA area and left brain M1 area increased significantly(P<0.05),in the right central sm Re Ho increased before intervention(P<0.01),right brain M1 sm Re Ho increased before intervention(P<0.05),left brain M1region and left brain SPL function continuous FC,The functional connection(FC)between the M1 region of the right brain and the SPL of the left brain was significantly enhanced compared with that before intervention(P<0.05).The effective connection(GCA)of the left brain SPL to the right brain M1 region after intervention was stronger than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.EA and EA?t DCS can alter cerebral cortical excitability,and EA or EA?t DCS intervention for 2 weeks can increase brain plasticity.2.EA affects cerebral cortex brain remodeling mainly in the central posterior somatic region,t DCS affects cerebral cortical remodeling in the posterior cingulate gyrus,fusiform gyrus,M1 region,SMA,anterior wedge,parietal lobe,PMA,etc.Area;scalp EA combined with t DCS affects cerebral cortex brain remodeling in addition to central posterior gyrus,also affects PMA,M1,SPL and other sports-related brain regions.
