Clinical Observation And Mechanism Of Auricular Acupoint Pressing For Improving Uricaria Pruritus

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint pressing therapy in patients with uremia and pruritus and to explore the possible mechanisms.Methods:This study used randomized,controlled clinical trial design to study the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of uremia patients with pruritus by studying hemodialysis uremic pruritus patients,the experimental group self-control and parallel control with the control group.The subjective evaluation was based on the VAS score sheet,FIIQ scale score,and changes in TCM symptom scores,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Objectively evaluate the serum,histamine,Ca,P,PTH,hemoglobin,CRP,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 related indicators.Results:1.Compared with the control group before the treatment of auricular acupoints,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of clinical baseline data.(P>0.05).2.Comparison of data before and after treatment of auricular point treatment group:After treatment,the results of subjective index pruritus VAS score,FIIQ scale score and TCM syndrome scale score were significantly lower than before treatment;objective index serum calcium was significantly up-regulated in serum phosphorus The results of PTH,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and CRP were significantly down-regulated.The data of the above treatment groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Although the contentdecreased,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the effects of the auricular point pressing treatment group and the control group before and after treatment: the subjective index pruritus VAS score,FIIQ scale score,TCM symptom score and objective index before and after treatment,serum PTH content,histamine content changes,treatment group There was a more significant decrease than the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Objective data indicators such as serum calcium,phosphorus,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,CRP.Although there was a decline,the difference in data was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Auricular point pressure can significantly reduce the itching VAS score of patients with uremia pruritus,FIIQ scale score,relieve the symptoms of pruritus in patients.2.Auricular acupoint pressing can significantly reduce TCM syndrome scores in patients with uremia and pruritus,and improve the overall quality of life and pleasure of patients.3.Auricular acupoint pressing can significantly reduce the serum PTH level in patients with uremia and pruritus,suggesting that the mechanism may be related to serum PTH ?histamine levels.The ear acupoint pressing operation is simple,safe and effective,has no side effects,and is easily accepted by patients.
