Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect on patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis after lower limb varicose veins operation by using conventional therapy of western medicine and combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine respectively, the laboratory examination indexes, pain score and TCM Syndrome scores of the two treatments were compared. Methods: A total of 71 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted to the General Surgery Department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were collected, the patients were divided into Observation Group(N = 36)and Control Group(N = 35).Observation Group(N = 36)was treated with modified Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with low molecular weight Heparin sodium. To evaluate the Clinical Curative effect of this prescription by comparing and evaluating the four items of coagulation,D-Dimer,hemorheology index,Wong-Baker facial expression pain score and TCM Syndrome score between the two groups on the first day and the 14 th day after operation.Results:1 D-DIMER: The level of D-Dimer in both groups increased after operation(p <0.05),and decreased after treatment(p < 0.05),especially in Observation Group(p < 0.05).2Four coagulation items: There was no significant difference in TT,FIB before, after and 14 days after the operation(p > 0.05),PT and Aptt after the operation were shorter than before and 14 days after the operation, and there was no significant difference between the Observation Group and the Control Group(p > 0.05).3 Hemorheology Index: The levels of whole blood viscosity high shear, whole blood viscosity Middle Shear, whole blood viscosity low shear and plasma viscosity in both groups were decreased 14 days after operation compared with 1d after operation(p < 0.05),the improvement of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in Chinese Medicine Group was more significant(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05).4 Wong-Baker facial expression pain score:The pain grade of facial expression in the observation group was better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).5 TCM Syndrome scores: After treatment, the total score of TCM Syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the therapeutic index of TCM Syndrome was higher than that in the control group, and all had statistical significance(p < 0.05).6 Safety indicators:There was no abnormal blood routine examination on the 14 th day after operation. After follow-up,the patients did not have swelling of lower limbs, back tenderness of lower legs and abnormal bleeding. No lower limb thrombosis occurred within 1 month after operation in both groups.Conclusion:1.Modified Buyanghuanwu decoction can improve the D-DIMER and hemorheology related indexes in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after lower extremity varicose veins operation.2.Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve postoperative pain and TCM Syndrome score in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis after varicose veins operation.
