In a painting,the artist’s painting expression of spatial awareness is very important,but Chinese and western traditional fine brushwork figure painting in space there are certain differences,but the contemporary fine brushwork figure painting is in the period of social transition,due to the impact of western culture,the contemporary fine brushwork figure painting also present a new face in due course.This paper mainly through the study of Chinese and western traditional figure painting painting space show the similarities and differences,and after the research of the 20 th century western art was introduced into China and the thought to the impact of fine brushwork figure painting,analysis of modern fine brushwork figure painters,appreciate their performance on constantly explore new painting space presented by the new appearance,through research into his creation,also for my art practice certain theoretical basis.This thesis mainly divided into three parts: the first part of main performance figures contrast analysis of Chinese and western traditional painting space of the similarities and differences.The second part through the analysis of the traditional Chinese realistic painting of contemporary influential figure painter’s works,this paper expounds the contemporary fine brushwork figure painter under the influence of western art,on the painting space performance breakthrough to the traditional inheritance and innovation.The third part focuses on is the creation of the oneself the random trip from conception to the choice of subject matter,the whole picture painting space performance,etc.,when I imagine implementation with the creation of reality when conflicts caused by the thinking and experience,designed to bring more inspiration himself for the future of the creation.
