It can be said that the history of the development of Jingdezhen's porcelain industry is not always going smoothly.lt has ups and downs.From 1911 to the early 21st century,with the nationally political and economic changes in the overall situation,the ceramic industry of Jingdezhen experienced inheritance,decline,revival,trough and revitalization.Now Jingdezhen is in the process of re-climb from the bottom.It's more than 20 years since state-owned porcelain factories have decided to reform,and the main part of porcelain business has shifted dramatically.Many people only saw the collapse of the city.however.the reform also made the city reborn.From the perspective of the ceramic technician who left the state-owned porcelain factories,they have more freedom of creation,and their living conditions have become better.The rise of private porcelain industry seems to show that the efforts of reform have gradually taken remarkable effects.Many scholars have suggested that Jingdezhen's porcelain is more suitable for handcraft.In their thoughts.Jingdezhen should give attention to porcelain's quality rather than quantity.What's more,handmade porcelain is more in line with Jingdezhen's "temperament",which is consistent with the ideas of many Jingdezhen's workshops.Speaking of Jingdezhen's current development direction,the government has realized the importance of increasing investment in cultural industries,and has made a series of initiatives,such as strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,creating a platform for international ceramic production,culture exchange,display and trade,developing ceramic culture and creative industries,cultivating creative industry market of porcelain,broadening the development of space,etc.According to the experience of four laid-odd workers,this article attempts to discuss the development of the Jingdezhen's porcelain industry and the influence of the reform of state-owned porcelain factories to the Jingdezhen's porcelain industry from four laid-off workers' points of view.
