With the continuous development of science,technology and business,the Internet and e-commerce penetrate had affect every aspect of people's work and life.Online-review plays an important role for users to make purchase decision.But in real life,the user review on the content and grading are inconsistent,because of the scoring mechanism,user habits and psychology,which makes restrictions on the review availability of online goods.So that,users have to read the reviews,but it exists cognitive difficulty and efficiency problems,which caused restrictions to comment on the availability of online product review and purchase decision-making difficulties for users.Therefore,it is necessary to build a scoring system,and the user can directly make right purchase decision by rate.But the existing relevant research,more is through the mathematical modeling for text analysis,then build scoring system.The research focus on grammar and shallow semantic layer more,rarely go deep into the pragmatic.It has related research combining the Engagement of Appraisal Theory to establish online product scoring system.Attitude,which is the core of the Appraisal Theory,has been confirmed in the online review appearing the most,and the Engagement is used as classification resources of Attitude.Therefore,on the premise of all comments are true,this article will use Attitude and Graduation of Appraisal Theory in the field of online-review,aiming to build online product scoring system(which get AT_AG score)from the perspective of pragmatics and semantics.So that users can use the score efficiently and accurately to make better shopping decisions.Combined with linguistics and information science,this study presents product rating index based on the Attitude and Graduation;According to the index and existing thesaurus to annotate review,so as to build feature thesaurus of online product review;Then on the basis of questionnaire survey data to calculate AT_AG online scoring system weight and verify the feasibility and validity of the scoring system.The research content of this article is divided into six chapters,chapters content specific as follows:The first chapter is an introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and meaning,research contents,research methods and the innovation of the work done in this paper.The second chapter is about the research review and theoretical basis.First introduces the concept of the online product review and related research present situation,emphatically summarized the research status and existing problems of online reviews;Then introduce Appraisal Theory,emphasis on the Attitude and Graduation,and research application status of the two systems in order to determine the research content;Finally introduce online categories theory,lay the foundation for the research of subsequent comments.The third chapter,try to introduce the Attitude and Graduation intervention in the online product review,and analysis and discusses resource distribution of the two theory in online product review.The fourth chapter,first,it is pointed out the existing shortage of the e-commerce scoring system.Then applied the Attitude and Graduation to the online product review,and contribute character lexicon based on existing lexicons and manual annotation.At last,with the help of questionnaire to count weighting,in order to build online product scoring system.The fifth chapter verifies the the feasibility and validity of the online product scoring system.Collecting data online reviews,human raters will compare with modified score and original score,in order to verify the validity of the scoring system.The sixth part summarized the study results and puts forward some problems which still need to study and solve for further research.
