Research On Sun Zhongshan's Theory Of Knowledge And Conduct

In his book,Sun Zhongshan put forward the theory —‘to know is difficult,but to do is easy'.His direct purpose is to correct a detrimental prevalent tendency in the bourgeois revolution.By summary and reflect his revolutionary experience,Sun Zhongshan thought to arouse the masses in their mind is the primary approach to gain the success of the revolution.The most distinctive feature of the new theory is it breaks through the limitation of traditional Chinese Philosophy,which explores the relationship between knowledge and practice in the narrow moral field.It was an instance about the second half of the nineteenth Century Western civilization,especially the natural science,how affects Chinese scholars.Although Sun Zhongshan is considered to be a person who has the Western civilization characters,but the influences of traditional culture can not be ignored.This embody in two aspects,first of all,the Chinese traditional culture provide Sun Zhongshan research objective and research framework.Secondly,Confucianism,and pragmatic focus on helping people,emphasizes practical has been inherited by him.All of the above reasons make Sun Zhongshan's theory has the distinctive features of the times and national.In this paper,through the collection of relevant data,author trying to describe the abundant content of the new theory.Specifically,the first is the introduction,which mainly explain why the author choose such a topic to study and its significance in where.And compared with the previous articles,this research have what new place.The first chapter is about the connotation and extension of the concept of ‘knowing' and ‘practice' in the traditional culture.The second chapter discusses what background the Sun Zhongshan put forward the theory and what problems he want to solve,and focuses on the ideological source of theory.The third chapter mainly explains the content and Sun Zhongshan's argument process of ‘to know is difficult,but to do is easy'.In the final part the author puts forward own views,and briefly analyzes the theoretical significance of this doctrine.
