In the new century,China has registered astonishing economic progress and thriving in this "new normal" economy.For China,a country in the process of deepening reform and developing market economy,it is significant that we rethink the position and function of culture industry in national economy.Therefor,as a significant part of the culture industry,film industry has been getting increased attention in more recent years,which plays an important role in developing strategic emerging industries.In the last five years,driving by abundant capital,box office receipts in China climbed a record.However,there still are a lot of issues and challenge should be solved by us.In the world of mobile communications and information explosion,the influence of word-of-mouth evaluation on film is increasingly prominent,which provides a reliable reference for the film's extensive publicity and evaluation of film quality.Thus,how to use those two factors of Chinese film industry to evaluate and build evaluation system of film has important significance for our country.In this paper,based on the corresponding literatures and the actual situation of Chinese film market,dual influence factor model about box office receipts and word-of-mouth is obtained,which introduce eight types of factors e.g.directors,films'types,schedules.Furthermore,by the eight factors,using the recent five years' data of the movie,we get two multiple linear regression models about box office and word-of-mouth respectively.In addition,regarding the film creative factor as the key variable,which has caused the reverse relationship between the box office and the word-of-mouth in China's film market by changing the audience's expectations,we get main conclusions in our paper,and it explains the "high box office but low word-of-mouth" phenomenon in China's film market.Finally,we assert some reasonable suggestions and advice about domestic films' investment and development of Chinese film market.
