A Study Of Catering Slogan

In our daily life,the catering slogan not only appears in the paper media,but also appears in electronic display card,TV,network and other media.Through the statistics and analysis of the collected catering slogan,a total of 676 effective catering slogan were obtained.As one of the important tools of advertising propaganda,catering slogan has a rich connotation of language and culture.However,there is a lack of achievements have been studied catering slogan from the perspective of linguistics.Therefore,this article takes catering slogan as the research object.First of all,the article introduces the reason of topic selection,significance of topic selection,relevant research review,concept definition and scope of catering advertising language,source description of corpus and research methods.Secondly,the article analyses the language characteristics of catering slogan.Analyze the features of catering slogan from the aspects of phonetic features,lexical features,sentence features and figures of speech features.Thirdly,the article analyses catering slogan from the aspects of perspective of social culture and social psychology.Then,the article induces the misbehavior of catering slogan,and puts forward some countermeasures tentatively.Finally,the article summarizes the main content of the article,and explains the main deficiency of the article,proposes the idea of further research on the catering slogan.
