The study on the burnout of teachers,most of the research objects of scholars at home and abroad are college teachers or ordinary primary and secondary school teachers,while relatively few studies on the burnout of female English teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools.Therefore,the author of paper studies the status of burnout of female English teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools,and then hope to make a little contribution to alleviate or eliminate the burnout of female English teachers in secondary vocational schools.The paper takes all the Female English teachers of 4 secondary vocational schools in T city as the research object,using the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,the paper will carry out investigation and research combined with a common measurement table for teachers' burnout.The purpose is to understand the current situation,influencing factors and mitigation measures of burnout of female English teachers in secondary vocational schools,and find out the existing problems and propose corresponding solutions.The study found: The degree of the female English teachers of 4 secondary vocational schools in T city is moderate;the emotional exhaustion of female English teachers at the age of 30~40 is the most serious,and the symptoms of burnout of female English teachers who have no title and junior title are more significant;the professional burnout of the college graduates and the female English teachers who graduated from the university are very strong;the emotional exhaustion of female English teachers is greater than that of math teachers and Chinese teachers.The author of paper sums up the main factors of the burnout of the female English teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools based on the analysis of the questionnaire: social factors,school factors and personal factors.Therefore the author gives corresponding mitigation measures from three levels,including society,schools and teachers being aimed at the practical problems of the burnout of female English teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools.The innovation points of this paper include: the paper takes all the female English teachers of 4 secondary vocational schools in T city as the research object,the subjects of the study have the same regional economic background and special Psychological and physiological characteristics;through empirical research,obtained the research object the working environment of the first-hand information,using empirical analysis method,the study of occupation burnout of female English teachers of secondary vocational school,this study adds to our lack of secondary vocational school female English Teachers Occupation Burnout of empirical research to a certain extent,and enrich the localization of this problem.
