| This research according to the features of Ballroom-Dance technique combining with the characteristics of neuromuscular function training designed Ballroom-Dance players’ neuromuscular functional training scheme,and applied in the Ballroom-Dance athletes’ training to observe its effects about balance ability,and technical quality score in Ballroom-Dancing,aiming at providing a theoretical and practical references for sports training.Methods:The research selected 42(21 pairs)Ballroom-Dancing athletes from Beijing Sports University as the subjects.The athletes were randomly allocated into Neuromuscular Functional Training group and control group.The athletes of control group attended daily training and routine fitness training,the Neuromuscular training group maintained daily training and attended three 45min sessions a week of neuromuscular functional training for 10 weeks,training program based on reference and the predecessors’ researches,further integration Ballroom-Dancing movements and Neuromuscular Functional Training.During the experience,requiring athletes to record every time the training process and their feels.Before and after the experience,two groups’ subjects have to finish tests,which including static balance ability,dynamic balance ability and Standard dance.conclusions:10 weeks of training significantly improved balance ability of athletes,mainly reflected on the dynamic balance and static balance ability;Moreover,the training significantly improved athletes’ Technical-Quality score of Standard-Dance test,especially in terms of SC9,SC1,SC4.The research preliminary proofed Neuromuscular Function Training could improve the Standard-Dancing athletes’sports level.The Study also shown that Neuromuscular Functional Training is more efficient to sports training,so it can gradually be applied to Standard-Dance athletes,students that major in Standard dance and amateurs. |
