A Research Of The Urban Cultural Characteristics Of Dalian During The Russian And Japanese Colonial Days

Dalian is a modern colonial city.Its urban history is complicated,and it has been occupied by two countries,Russia and Japan.First,there was the opening of the city of Russia,followed by the Japanese occupation for 40 years.This paper studies the time limit from 1898 to 1945,based on Historical Geography,the development process of Dalian's colonial history is sorted out and it is concluded that the characteristics of Dalian's urban culture that integrates western's culture and Japanese's culture,and transplantation is the essential characteristic of Dalian's urban culture.The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction,expatiate on the theory and the practical significance through the analysis of past research results,define and discriminate the related definitions,make the technology road map that prepare for the thesis work;The second part is the main body part of the thesis,from two aspects of space dimension and time dimension,explore the geographical environment element of Dalian and the implementation process of the Russia and Japan aggression policy during colonial period,organize the city development history of Dalian,reveal the cultural characteristics of Dalian in different colonial times;The third part is specific implement the social administration subject concept of Historical Geography and discuss the measures of modern Dalian's protection of historical and cultural heritage.
