The Study Of Craftsmam Ethics And Its Inheritance In Ancient China

This paper mainly analyzes the background,evolution,main content and the way of inheritance of craftsman ethics in ancient China,and tries to make a systematic study of the content and the way of inheritance of craftsman ethics in ancient China.In order to analyze it,this paper combines the characteristics of the times and draws lessons from the Japanese craftsman spirit.This paper includes introduction,four chapters and the conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research status and research goal of craftsman ethics and its inheritance in ancient ChinaThe first chapter mainly discusses the social and historical conditions,origin and formation of the craftsman ethics and its inheritance in ancient China.The second chapter mainly discusses the main contents of the craftsman ethics in ancient China.The moral ideal personality of craftsmen in ancient China has two kinds,"Saint" and "Qiao".There are four basic moral norms in the craftsman ethics in ancient China,namely,the quality of products is the most important,strictly according to the standards of production,respect for teachers,and grasp the "Dao" that exists in the process of producing the product.The third chapter mainly discusses the ways of inheritance of the craftsman ethics in ancient China,which are along with the technology and along with the product.The former includes father and son inheritance,teacher and student inheritance,Hanghui inheritance and self-learning,and the latter is a way of engraving the name of a craftsman on a product.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the inheritance and innovation of the craftsman ethics in ancient China.This part compares the craftsman ethics in China and Japan and analyzes the outstanding tradition and limitation of the craftsman ethics in ancient China,so we can probe into the inheritance and innovation of ancient Chinese craftsman ethics.
